I have a 26 year old light almond carpet. I have been with one company 8 years, but the last 2 times the spots on my carpet came back within a week of using them. I then tried 2 other companies with the same results. trying zerorez, I challenged the employee to make the spots go away for at least 6 months (the amount of time between cleanings) he accepted the challenge. when completed my carpet looked new (even the entry stairs which are in continual use), it dried within 2 hours and had a soft feel. I thought I was going to have to replace the carpet (it looked so bad), instead I feel I have a brand-new carpet for the price of a cleaning. THANK YOU ZEROREZ, YOU GUYS ARE FANTASTIC

This was my second Zeroeez carpet cleaning. The first was about six months ago and I was very pleased. Since then, we adopted a dog who had multiple accidents during her first few weeks with us. I expected to pay extra for addressing those areas, but was presented with a complicated variety of add on costs and ended up choosing fewer services than I needed but paying more than double the original estimate—$787 instead of $302. When I walked through the house with the technician afterward, all looked good except for a water puddle in an uncarpeted room adjacent to where he had been working. He explained that he had spilled water next to the door and wall and some must have seeped under, even though he suctioned up the spill in the carpeted area. I wiped it up easily, but noticed later in the evening that a much larger puddle had formed in another part of the room. No damage, just annoying. On my hardwood kitchen floor, I found a 8”x8” squarish discolored area, where I believe solution must have leaked from a piece of Zerorez equipment. It looks like a super cleaned area in the middle of an old floor, but it is unsightly and I can’t get the surrounding floor clean enough to match it. Finally, most of the carpet throughout the house was left very wet, which is different from my previous experience with Zerorez. It’s been over 24 hours, and the downstairs level is still too damp to replace the furniture. Earlier today I discovered that the tech had left his black light behind, so will figure out tomorrow how to notify the local office. I used it to examine the newly cleaned carpet, and found a dozen or more pet stains still shining. However, the spots in the living room that were deep cleaned were no longer evident. The carpet for the most part seems clean and fresh smelling. Paolo was polite and professional, and patient with my many questions. I would like to have my kitchen floor cleaned so that the much lighter spot Zerorez left in the middle of the floor matches the rest of the floor. If you like, I would be happy to send a photo.

My quote was about $350 but the actual work was almost $750.
I told the person on the phone that the work being done was to clean our recently purchased home that two labs had previously lived in. She didn't mention the additional pet treatment fees for the carpet or ducts. I totally understand that a quote is just an estimate, but when all was said and done, we were twice the quote. I hope this can be avoided for future customers.

Add advertised on ksl radio "do 3 rooms for $33 and get 4th free. The technician said he didnt know anything about it. Next morning i heard the add again.
I called in and the girl said if we mentioned it to the tech he would of done it. My wife did mention it and it said $33 per room.
We did 8 rooms , stairs and hallway.
The girl said she could give me a $40 credit on the next cleaning. I said their wouldnt be a next cleaning if thats all she wanted to do.
She said she could do $20 credit on my card or 40 on next visit. I said with 8 rooms 2 should be free according to radio add.
All she wanted to do was argue about it so I finally just said i was just going to hang up and would not be using zerorez again and would not recommend zerorez.
If you dont wa t to honor your asds then i wont use again.

how clean my carpet is after they leave and stays clean for months. They have very fair prices and trustworthy workers.
We like that,the carpets dry quickly and that there is no residue, but there were many spots that didn't come up and there were also streaks left behind. The associate was very nice and careful in his work.

My carpets looked like new after zerorez came.
I paid $830 to have my carpets cleaned (maybe 200 sq ft) and within 4 days all the same stains have reappeared, but bigger now. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. While the techician was kind and courteous, whatever was done to our carpets was a waste of money we didn't have to spend.
