The technician took slightly over a half hour to clean a living room dining room and stairs. Needless to say he's coming back to get it clean.
Ridiculously priced I feel very misled I have a town house two areas to be cleaned over 400 for that? Insane.
I like that you dont use soap to clean carpet and upholstery. Your special patented empowered water does wonders at cleaning everything!

From the minute your technician showed up it was apparent that the only thing he was interested in was up-selling your service. He tried every which way to get us to purchase more. Before he even said hello he claimed he smelled stinky pet odor and advised us how much our house stunk, which is absolutely false, we don’t even have pets, never have, and keep a clean house. He continued these kind of insults and false facts throughout the service. He quoted astronomical prices that were over double what anyone else had ever quoted for services we weren’t looking for at this time. The actual cleaning service was fine and the areas that he cleaned looked nice, but we will never use your service again based on the hassle of the constant insults and upwelling that we had to put up with, not to mention the insane pricing he tried to quote us for those up sales? 1 1/2 average size stories of carpet cleaning for nearly $600?!?!?!? Are you kidding? I could replace a room or two of carpet for that price.

Very professional and friendly. I like the little things, for example: how the technician wears shoe covers and uses a protector around my stairs. My carpets always look great after the cleaning.
I was very frustrated. I usually don’t write that ever. I never want to leave a bad review so I hope it’s more private. But it was not the best experience. The Price went out of control. So I wasn’t able to do 2 of my rooms.
I don’t want to get the technician in any kind of trouble at all. My husband was here and the tech wouldn’t start until he got ahold of me. (Partially my husbands fault for saying we had a pet and she probably had an accident). I did not include that on the info sheet I filled out in the website for a reason. I could not afford the outrageous prices I knew would come and I had taken care of the pet spots, and it hadn’t been many and I clean it really well. I know what I am doing.
So he wouldn’t start, for 30 min until he got a hold of me. Then it was just an hard conversation about if I had cleaned my pet spots well or not over the phone. I just finally said ok! Go for it! It felt like he wouldn’t be cleaning my carpets without cleaning the pet spots. My dog has very very few accidents.
I will use Zerorez again just because I think it cleans the carpets the best. But I was so upset from the phone conversation that I didn’t come home at all during his time here. I just let my husband deal with it. I was so disappointed I couldn’t get my other 2 rooms done.
They use just plain water. That they use shoe covers and they are polite.
