Great service.

They called a couple days ahead to confirm and let us know that it would be about 10:30. Then they called the morning of the appointment to let me know they were about 45 minutes out. They arrived at about 10:20. They did a great job, and the carpet was dry that evening. It looks great. The technitions were polite and careful. They wore shoe covers, and covered the corners of the walls to prevent damage. This is the second time we've used Zerorez and now I wouldn't use anyone else.

My carpet did not stay clean looking for very long at all. The traffic areas were very dark again very fast. It reminded me of using the soap cleaners. I expected a better outcome that would last longer. I recommended you to my son and he had the same outcome, and he was disappointed as well.

The guy was very friendly and did a good job. I did feel like it made the carpet smell nice,and look better, but they didn’t take any of the dark spots or stains out.

You come when you say you are. The tech explained everything clearly and was professional. Great service, great job.

I wasn't happy with the way you charge for cleaning the carpet, $5.00 for steps really and you have always cleaned the large rugs that are on the carpets as one room well this time you wanted $35.00 for each rug and $30.00 for the carpet witch is all part of the same room so I didn't feel that that was fair when the area is all the same, I don't see the difference . But you do so I will be cleaning the rugs and carpets my self. thank you for your services but I won't be calling again. First name removed Ann Last name removed

I thought my carpet would be cleaner. There is a definite line where the sofas were clean underneath and remainder of carpet still dirty.
The technician was very nice and polite and did a great job working on spots.

My carpet was restored to near-new condition; the pet urine odors that I had been trying to remove for months are completely gone, and black-light shows there are no traces of urine stains left. Completely happy with the service!

I loved my experience. My carpets were cleaned fast and they were dry fast. The tech was super friendly and I'd definitely use Zeroez again. In fact, I want to do my tile now. The reason I give a 9 and not a 10 is because it was a little on the expensive side.

I was so excited to use Zerorez but after paying almost double of what I was quoted I still have several spots on my carpet and a few water spots were made on my couch.

Set up appointment and keep me advised just when they can arrive after last appointment prior to mine. Very skilled to know just exactly what to do to care for your carpets situation. Very professional and I asked for the same tech as was here the last time so he knew exactly what he had done so could move on quickly with the new carpet situation. All around great job. I trusted Zerorez to come in for my appointment— even tho I was called away and couldn’t be there myself. They did a terrific job AND called me to report before they left my home. That’s Service!

The carpet did not look clean spots after it dried. When it dried still could smell cat urine. I told the tech where the spots needed to be treated, but if he could not see with his blue light he did not treat.Had the carpet treated pet. I would still use you again but dissapointed.
