Just do a little more thorough job. Looks good when done but easily gets soiled again,

The work that was completed was excellent. The cost is the biggest challenge. I paid just under $500 and thought i could replace a room or two of carpet with that. Cost was just way to high.

Our carpet smells bad. It seemed like the men were here a very short time for all they did. I didn’t watch them. I told them I was surprised at how quickly they were finished. They said it was because there were two of them.

Fallowed instruction well
Zerorez is the best carpet cleaning system, by far. We love our technician, Nour, too. He’s cleaned my carpets and rugs twice, and he’s incredibly detailed, thorough, and professional. My carpets are dry very quickly when Nour cleans them. The zerorez tech that cleaned them before Nour had our account was good, but my carpets took much longer to dry than they do when Nour cleans them. I would highly recommend zerorez- most especially if Nour is the technician.

The only thing I would suggest is focus on the positive. Say “look how good it looks” rather than “this is the best it will look.”

I had originally submitted a rug cleaning inquiry/request and do not hear back from anyone. I called two days later and made an appointment and then finally heard back via email.
When the tech came to my home I was impressed with his professionalism and friendliness. We discussed options and I decided on having him take the rug to the office to be cleaned. He said that he would get started on it that same day (Tuesday), that he was off the next day and the rug will be done Thursday. I expected by that statement that I would have mybrug returned by Thursday.
When I did not receive a call on Thursday to arrange a drop off time I called the office at about 5:30. I spoke with a woman who said she didn’t know the status of the rug and would either call me right back or first thing in the morning. I called Friday morning at 9:30 and spoke with the same woman. She said the rug was cleaned and I would get a call later for a drop off time. I got a call that day and scheduled drop off for Monday. I asked if they had a sooner time as I was originally told mybrug would be done the day before. They said no and Monday was the soonest.
I got a call Monday morning from the tech who picked the rug up and informed me that he was calling to apologize that my rug hadn’t been cleaned yet and that they were short staffed. He made a mistake and wrote on the tag that the rug was cleaned on Thursday in anticipation of getting it done but was not able to get to it yet. I appreciate him owning up to his error, so please don’t punish him for the mistake, just learn from it and work on hiring more techs. I did not receive my clean rug until today, one week after the original date I was told I’d have it back.
If I knew how long it would take, I would have just had the t ch clean the rug at my house instead of paying extra to have it taken to the shop.
Is there a refund I can get due to your company’s error and inconvenience? I paid so much extra, another $100, and was told a delivery date a week sooner than what ended up happening.
I might use your company again as the rug is clean, but I would be expecting accurate information.
We had a nice young man with a great additude and beautiful smile here today, right on time. Very impressed. He was as well. Pretty bad carpet but good results. Thanks bud

I believe the technicians name was Ray and he was excellent! He was friendly and very thorough, taking my concerns into consideration throughout the visit. I knew I was getting the best job possible. My carpet had several spots and I had a chair with visible spots and he really spent the time needed and my carpets and chair look great.

Nour, the technician who treated our home, was very courteous, professional, and completed the treatment and cleaning in a timely manner. Zerorez had excellent communication in reminding me of the appointment and keeping me apprised of the technician's arrival time.
The carpets turned out great, and the issues we were having with pet odors was completely resolved. It is now approximately two weeks post-cleaning, and the carpets still look and smell great!
