Very thorough! My carpets look fabulous despite their age! My carpet cleaner was friendly and professional. He asked several times before leaving, if there was anything else he could do.
The worker was quite friendly and explained what he was doing. He showed the dirt and gook he got out with the brush rollers. He said we were welcome to stay and watch. Very polite Great Job!! His name was Jacob

Excellent product. Dries quickly feels very nice. Only problem was that after walking in socks on the wet carpet then walking on laminate/wood flooring, we could clearly see residue (not just water) which we had to mop out.
The technician who came, I believe his name was Fernando, was so helpful in trying to help me with a couple of stains. He was awesome. Thank you for the extra effort Fernando! The cherry coke stain is gone.
Zerorez is my favorite carpet cleaner. We have previously used them to clean our tile and we loved the result - the tile grout looked new.
We had to have two technicians. FERNANDO WAS AWESOME! The first guy (Paulo?) needs some help learning how to relate to dissatisfied customers. Otherwise, we are happy with the work done.

our technician was awesome. he came in a timely manner. he worked hard, and told us everything he was doing. he offered us the extended warranty protectant, and explained it so we could understand. He was great.
Be more careful not to scratch up woodwork like banister posts
The technician, Spencer was so kind and efficient. I liked that he put coverings over his shoes, as it was a stormy day. He did a wonderful job cleaning the tile and did it in a timely manner.
The scheduler was welcoming when she took my call, answered my questions and efficiently helped me select a day that would work for me. On the day of cleaning the operator was on time and did a wonderful job on my chairs.
Your technicians are thorough and explain everything they will be doing. They are friendly, but the concentrate on getting the job done, and they do a good job.

I was happy with the cleaning of my carpet and the two young men who preformed the cleaning. My carpet was installed almost 13 years ago so I know it’s older. The heavier traffic areas did not turn out as clean as I had hoped though. So I was a little disappointed about that. The young man asked if I had any areas that I would like him to go over but honestly it was hard to tell because the carpet was still wet. To improve, it might be better to offer to come back if there are areas to do over.
We were very happy with the service and cleaning done by Sawyer. The only reason I did not give you a 10 is I just thought the carpet would be dry sooner and it was still damp in areas the next day. I thought Zerorez did not use so much water to saturate the pad underneath.
I have had heaters out all day trying to speed up the process.
I don't remember in the past having to wait this long for my carpet to dry.

There on time. Their products are safe. Their technicians are clean and cordial. They make getting your carpet, tile, and furniture clean in one day. You can feel the difference in how your house feels. And what it feels is really clean.
Stain not removed.
I was surprised to see so man stains left behind but were able to get out the silly putty out of the carpet ... I have a carpet cleaner and for the price could’ve done the same or better. I won’t use again :(
Your method worked very well on our carpets. They were like new when your men finished. I liked that you offered a new sealant that would continue to protect it. The men were knew what they were doing and worked quickly.

The fellow who came this time was a great person ~ explained what he was going to do before he started ~ and then promptly went to work and promptly got the job done! Brayden and Luke where so nice and helpful. They answered all my questions and were so helpful. My carpet looks fantastic and they were able to get all of the stains out of our carpet. I was worried about our floor boards and the hose rubbing on them but they used shields to protect and prevent any damage.
