My carpets looked cleaner than I ever imagined they could. The pet enzyme worked great and my carpets smell very fresh ❤️
Dan was very helpful bringing the carpet in, explaining the process to clean the carpet and taking another one to be cleaned.
Very friendly technicians. Did a great job
The technician who cleaned my carpet did a fantastic job. On time. Cleaned carpet in a timely manner. However, while cleaning he accidentally caught his equipment on a window blind. The result was all of the shade slats to fall out and it appeared that some of the strings were damaged. The tech immediately informed me of the accident and assured me Zerorez would take care of fixing/replacing the window blind. He took pictures and sent them to someone at Zerorez and again assured me that someone would contact me to make arrangements to fix or replace the blind. He apologized repeatedly and was genuinely upset about it. I STILL HAVE YET TO HEAR FROM ANYONE AT YOUR COMPANY CONCERNING THIS MATTER. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service of your highly recommended company. With plenty of other carpet cleaning companies out there I will most likely not be using Zerorez again.

A great cleaning job was done at my house on Wednesday, September 26. Eric Johnson was the service person that did the cleaning and he was extremely helpful and patient and did a great job. If I want my carpets cleaned again I will certainly call zeroRez and I will also ask for Eric Johnson
I think Zerorez wasn’t really upfront with me about when service would happen. I feel as if I was strung along for a few hours. Not right.
I thought I would never use Zerorez, again, because I do not like to be played.
However, I will use Zerorez , again, thanks to Riley .

I have specifically told my friends and neighbors to ask for Dan, he is simply amazing. Dan is fast and efficient and really knows what he is doing, he works so hard. Dan explains your product and how it works before he starts so you feel comfortable about what he is doing, I have never seen anyone work so hard. He did not miss an inch of area that he was cleaning, you would have thought that there were at least two people doing the job because it was done so well and so fast. Dan doesn't just deserve a 10 he deserves a 100, his work ethic and skills are off the charts!
Will you please put Dan's name down in my file so that he will be the one to always come and take care of my furniture and carpets? I hope in some way you can recognize Dan for the incredible and professional job that he did. I liked how they came back a second time in a timely manner to fix the issue.
We felt like the technician, Roy Alltop, who came in 2017 was more thorough than Fernando was this year. The carpet looks OK, but not as good as it did last year. The Pet Treatment is very expensive but does improve the carpet for a while. In spite of all of this, we will probably use Zerorez again.

I like that there are no chemicals/soaps because I am sensitive to chemicals and I know the soaps only attract dirt. The technicians are always courteous and helpful.
