Our carpets look wonderful now and Matt was efficient and fast. He suggested we get area rugs for the area in front of our couches, which we have done. I highly recommend Zerorez
The technician was very pleasant. However, he took so long to explain everything he had done, or was about to do, that I couldn’t wait for him to finish and leave. When I made the appointment I requested 2 technicians because I have a large sectional that needed to be moved so as to access the carpet underneath it. That morning when the dispatcher called to tell me that I was the next stop for the tech, I reminded her of my request, but then she told me that only one tech was coming. I also wanted to add a couple of rugs to be cleaned, but the price was exorbitant, I thought. Stanley Steemer has never given me any issues with either of these things. I’ll stick to what I know from now on.

I like the feel of my carpets after there cleaned
I've used zerores a few times. This past week I had a tech named Braden. He was so exceptional. He was very thorough. He cared about doing an excellent job. Other times I've used zerores I felt the techs rushed through the cleaning and I didn't get very clean carpets.
So hire more techs like Braden.
The technician was very polite and friendly. He answered all of my questions, and performed the work in a timely and efficient manner
It was very fast and the associates were friendly. It dried pretty quick and I like that it is environmentally friendly.

I was surprised that we were charged the full $120 to clean our couch when the technician only cleaned half of the couch. the person who scheduled our visit indicated that there would be a price reduction if the complete couch was not cleaned.
I appreciated the call to confirm my appointment. The technician was helpful and gave good advice. It is a large house and he worked late to finish it. He took care not to damage any walls or furniture. I was pleased with the job.
Empowered water instead of chemicals to clean the carpet.
For me, the tech that came to clean my carpets. He listened, was honest, worked hard, was clean and respectful of my home, interacted with my kids that wouldn’t leave him alone, and did a thorough job. He was great! That alone will make me a repeat customer. I love that Zerorez leaves the carpet feeling clean and not crunchy like other services do.
Zerorez does an amazing job! They were able to remove old stains that had been previously "cleaned" by other companies and my carpet looks great! Their technicians are always very friendly, and are careful to protect wall corners from damage from the hoses. The carpet dries in half the time of other cleaners and is never crunchy after.
If it does all you say it does it is worth every penny.

Everything smells clean & fresh. Not soapy. I love that! I’ve also been so impressed with each man we have had in the past cleaning our carpets in our home. So professional, non judgmental and so pleasant to work with.
