zero residue
I HAVE FELT THAT YOUR PRODUCT WAS WONDERFUL SINCE THE FIRST TIME I TRIED IT. THE CARPETS STAY CLEAN LONGER AND YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE ALWAYS VERY COURTEOUS.

I liked the efficient and professional service as well as the incredible deep clean on my carpets and area rug!
The carpet took longer than 6 hours to dry. The tech did not clean the edges by the walls and by my desk pad on the floor, I had to point out that he missed those areas. I was not happy with that "magic" little roller machine, they said lifts dirt from the bottom to the top. It freyed my carpet fibers on the top. The solution used to extract seemed to have bleached the color out of my turquois carpet. I never had all the light spots before.
Reese and Adam did a great job. Friendly, knowledgable, skilled, and did it quickly. give them both a raise.

Technician was very knowledgeable and personable and did a great job. The carpet looks and feels clean and fluffy, almost like new and it’s 12 years old. And just as advertised, there is zero residue! Love it!
They were able to get all the stains out of my carpet. We have a cat and I loved how they checked for cat urine before cleaning so they could special treat the soiled areas. Very happy with Zerorez.
