How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The 2 men that came were very nice! How ever I dont feel the job was as good as the first time I used your company. After the carpet dried you could still see dirt on the edges of the carpet and the carpet itself just didnt look like it was just cleaned.🙁

The company rep (Matt) called ahead of time and arrived when expected. Matt was very helpful and was able to remove scented wax from the carpet, which I did not expect. I am really happy with the results.

No residue or chemical smells. Friendly techs. One tech offered to review the duct cleaning service we just had done prior to the carpet service and verified the job was done correctly.

The guy who came and cleaned my carpets was awesome. He did a great job and was very quick. He also resolved a pricing issue for me in the short time he was cleaning my carpets.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

the cleaners were only there to up sale my wife, I could have had two rooms of new carpet for the price I paid. Rental units cannot justify this kind of service. Will hire a cleaner that provides the service I ordered next time.
