Never received invoice or receipt
I had my entire house done yesterday and things seemed fine until the carpets were dry. The one spot that the tech said he could easily get out was still there and hardly seemed touched. I used a rag to take a lot of it out and I noticed some of the traffic areas still seemed quite dirty. I used the cloth on them and it came out dirty as well. If I could get dirt off the top of the rugs that easily that says to me they were never cleaned to begin with. I am not unreasonable but I was truly surprised. You were highly recommended by my sister and all the reviews I read. I don’t don’t know but it seems like we were given a once over lightly in order to get to the next job. I am really disappointed in the job. I sent some pictures of the rag to someone at Zerorez. It didn’t look like anything was done in some areas.

My husband fell on the stairs and dumped mayonnaise and blue cheese dressing on our two month old carpet, the technician was able to clean the carpet and it looks great.

They exceeded my expectations..We had a paint can go down 6 stairs..We followed all the instructions given to us before they came to clean the next day...He was able to remove a great portion of the paint and for a reasonable price...Highly recommend..
