We are surprised that our carpet was still very wet when we went to bed 12 hours after the cleaning. In fact, now more than 30 hours later there are still wet spots. Our carpet is less than 3 years old, has a very short nap and low profile. It is not plush. We are concerned the water wasn't adequately vacuumed and that dirty water remained in our carpet. And the parts of the carpet that are now dry feel a little crunchy. This all seems like the old flood and suck approach to us. We have used ZEROREZ many times since about 2004. In fact our dearest friends were very early franchisees in Southern California. It seems like your service has degraded significantly since then. Our technician, Jadon, was very nice and helpful. He clearly knew what he was doing. This comment is not about his efforts. But perhaps the equipment is not working properly or you are using cheaper equipment without the very powerful vacuum that we are used to.

My carpet look great. All the spots came out. The two young men were very helpful and did everything I asked them to do. Like move a couch over a little so they could get underneath that area and then move it back, move a chair in another room for the same reason. These were pieces I couldn't move myself. They did a fabulous job.
Our daughter bought a house with traffic stained carpet and had Zerorez clean it rather than replace the carpet. Zerorez did such a good job her carpets looked great and she kept the carpets. She has Zerorez come back and clean the carpets on occasion and continues to be satisfied. She tells everyone that Zerorez is the best of the three carpet cleaning companies she has tried.
We are preparing a different house for sale and there were no immediate appointments available on line. We called Zerorez up and they worked us in before the photographer was going to show up for the real estate pictures. They spent extra time working on traffic areas and the carpet looks great. They even raked the carpet to get it to all stand up to dry. We got a call both from the office and the service truck telling us they were on their way. The technicians were cheerful, professional and only took a little over an hour to get the job done. Thanks Zerorez.

After my carpets are cleaned there is no scent that lingers around. The carpets feel clean and softer as well. Plus your technicians are very careful and they work fast.
It's tough for me to know b/c by carpets were already very clean so I couldn't tell much of a difference after the cleaning. The technicians were friendly though. They arrived within the last minute of our window though.
Hunter was very knowledgeable and helpful and worked hard to ensure we were very satisfied and are carpets were clean. He was also very pleasant and respectful and couldn’t have been better to work with!
I wasn't satisfied with my original cleaning, so zerorez came back and redid it, and made it right.
Very Friendly staff that come to my place and caring about my home
The guy that cleaned was great did a very good job. I know we needed some extra cleaning and it requires more product. I was purchasing a $200 service and ended up at almost $700 . There should be a stop point when the service is totaled and I would have said no more than $350 maybe 400.00 but this being the first time I had my carpets professionally cleaned I did not think it would be so expensive.

I love how nice all the people were and they would call and tell me exactly when they would be here. We moved into a house that had really dirty carpet. They got it really clean!
Although I liked your business concept in theory, in reality I felt like it didn't get all the stains out of my carpet as well as a little bit of soap might have. Your tech was perfectly workable, but applying chemicals to harder stains got them out better after he left.

Very courteous employees, they wore shoe covers and use corner guards to protect my home. My carpet looks great, i'm looking forward to see how well the sealants work. We only use Zerorez.
