I’ve responded to one of these once right after my carpets were cleaned. At that time I was really impressed with the speed in which they cleaned the carpet. It’s been a while since the cleaning and actually the carpet looks just like it did before only at least I know it’s clean. This isn’t the fault of the men doing the cleaning. I think it’s just a poor quality carpet. The men were very professional and thoughtful. They advised me via text about their arrival time etc.

1.The fact that the cleaning it was not as I expected, because I had to call back and request a follow up service, and even after that one, it still did not cleaned as I wanted to be clean. There are some parts of the carpet and tile edges where the cleaning crew did not insisted to clean, and is still not looking good.
2. When I called and made the appointment , I explain them that I want to whole house floors to be clean (carpet, tile and wood floors), and it could be better to come first thing in the morning, but instead they gave me the first available, which it was in the afternoon. They come around 1 o'clock and took them 7 hours to finish.
The policy about appointments have to be revised and the cleaning crew have to work harder to make the clients happy. Based on that, I might use your services in the future or not.
Your technicians are always polite friendly and efficiant. I love how fast the carpet dries and the general overall job leaves the carpets looking so much better than other carpet cleaning services.

My renter left dirty areas on the carpet and a red spot. It’s all gone! The carpet looks like new. The technician was quick and very pleasant. He also wore shoes covers to protect the carpet and other floor areas. A+

I have had Zerorez do my carpets several times and have been very happy with the results each time. I have cream-colored carpet and even though I wear sox or go bare-footed in my home and guests usually remove their shoes, I get serious traffic patterns. James did a wonderful job yesterday and my carpet was dry by mid-afternoon and look beautiful. He also did a cream-colored "curvy" chair that looks brand new now. I love Zerorez because the carpets are not saturated with water and they are not crunchy from soaps and chemicals. The carpets are very soft. I live in a 55-plus community and I have recommended Zerorez to many of my neighbors when they have inquired about them. Thank you for your great product and service.
