Always friendly and does a great job. I’ve had them out twice for separate jobs and I’m always happy with the results. No longer have dog pee smell in my basement.

All the associates I worked with were really helpful, knowledgeable and happy. I had many questions and they answered all of them to my satisfaction. You could tell they genuinely wanted to help and offer the best customer service possible. They even went the extra mile and took time to find deals and packages that best suited my needs based on my concerns. This kind of cheerful attitude and willingness to help is hard to find now days. I really appreciated them sharing their knowledge of how to optimally maintain my carpet as well. They always kept me in the loop and were very transparent with their transactions. Thank you!

So do so expensive! It’s like a bait and switch. The guys come after I’d worked all morning getting the floors ready and assess the dog per stains and the price went from $350 to $1500. What?! So I just had them do the stairs and one rug and eve. That was double what anyone else would do. It was a frustrating and sad experience and wasted my whole day
Absolutely loved my experience with Zerorez. The technicians were on time, professional, friendly, efficient and answered all my questions and concerns. The technique they used to clean my very expensive wool rugs exceed my expectations and restored my 7 year old rug. It looks Brand New again! I love Zerorez and can’t wait to have them come back.
My carpet always looks awesome after it's been cleaned and it stays looking amazing for several months after.
Going to submit a case to customer care but the technicians did not protect my wall corners and tore up all the paint on my walls with their hoses.
The technicians kept explaining why my carpet wasn’t going to look as good as I might expect it to look, before they began and throughout the process. Then they told me the only way to make it look better was to pay extra for some scotchguard type product. They repeated both statements several times. The carpets looked the same (the next day when they were dry) as they did before they came.
Also. I had them clean 3 large rooms and stairs. It took them just a little over an hour. I spend that long just to vacuum. I spent a lot of time moving furniture out of those rooms to get the maximum benefit. I’m just a little disappointed. They get so much hype in their ads that I was expecting to be happy with what I paid for.

The service was very well done. The young man who clean the sofa was very professional and knew what he was doing. He explain to me about the special water the company used and why is so effective. My sofa has 18 years old and looks like new again. I’m very satisfied with the service and the young man who performed the cleaning!!!
He didn’t get the spots out of the carpet and he did four rooms in less then a half hour after he said it would take an hour. I feel like he rushed and didn’t try very hard.
