Friendly and competent. Carpet looked pretty good considering the condition and wear of the traffic areas. I liked that we could schedule within a week of the appointment.
The young man who cleaned my carpets was wonderful. I wished he had gone over the carpets more than one pull. Maybe that wall it needs to get clean I guess.

The individual who cleaned my carpet was extremely helpful, he told me exactly what he was going to do and what the cleaning solution was he was using. I was very impressed with his knowledge and he was very friendly. I will definitely use Zerorez and recommend this service.

We are disappointed that you have stopped raking the carpet before leaving. It was left with lines from the cleaning appliance which my husband raked after they left. Also, prices seem to be going up faster than we would like.

My youngest son has a syndrome that causes him to be immobile for longer than most kiddos. The products are safe to use, especially when I have one that is always scooting, rolling on the floor.

Fast service and no detergents or soaps. The technician was able to get bright pink nail polish out of my beige carpet. It feels so soft now! So happy with the results.

Absolutely TERRIBLE communication. My carpet was still dirty. I asked to speak with a manager. They gave me a call to collect final payment. I explained my concerns and asked some questions about getting some sort of discount. Utah Zerorez mentioned that they would call back. They never did and then turned me into collections for a lousy $160. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Terrible business communication and practice.

They were early which is good and we liked, they got done very fast. However we don't feel like the actual cleaning was as good as what we have heard. Our carpets didn't smell fresh or clean like we were hoping.
