I have had Zerorez do my carpets several times and have been very happy with the results each time. I have cream-colored carpet and even though I wear sox or go bare-footed in my home and guests usually remove their shoes, I get serious traffic patterns. James did a wonderful job yesterday and my carpet was dry by mid-afternoon and look beautiful. He also did a cream-colored "curvy" chair that looks brand new now. I love Zerorez because the carpets are not saturated with water and they are not crunchy from soaps and chemicals. The carpets are very soft. I live in a 55-plus community and I have recommended Zerorez to many of my neighbors when they have inquired about them. Thank you for your great product and service.

I am very happy with the way they cleaned my sectional and carpet. They called me before my appointment when they said they would. The technician was very pleasant and professional and I will be using them again.
I like the fact that you don't use chemical to clean with.
It was quick and easy. The technician, Christian, was very pleasant and polite. He made sure he understood exactly what I wanted done for the carpet and he did it. Dried quickly, and looks good.

The zerorez employee that cleaned our carpets was awesome, and did a great job on the carpets, but we noticed that there was some damage to the paint on one of our walls near our entry way.
We were trying to have Zerorez clean the carpets in the condo we were getting ready to sell along with having a dishwasher installed on the same day as we were coming from out of town. Zerorez was so good to fit us into their schedule even coming earlier than expected and we were then able to be done with everything by noon. The carpets look so clean and smell so much better. Your first time out wasn’t the best. You said you wanted to make it right. You came out the second time and you did make it acceptable. Thank you for efforts.
The carpets always look so clean and last for quite a while.
For $200 I expected an exceptional result. There are spots that were not cleaned at all and the area they charged me for an extraction was wet for days after and when it did dry smells like urine. Very disappointed, would never recommend.
Please refund back the $150.00 above what the cheap guys charge for the same job.

Your pricing needs to be more detailed. Me and my friend/neighbor had our carpets cleaned two days apart and our homes have the exact same floor plan. She was charged $100 less than me just because the person who came to her home had a different opinion on what was what. FYI I feel like I got completely ripped off. For example: The kid who did mine charged me for a hallway for the 5 ft hallway in my master bed that just led to the bathroom. My friends guy just said it was part of the master since it was so small.
