I have always only used ZeroRez. Unfortunately this time some spots were not removed. He said he tried and couldn’t get them out. I have never had spots not removed.

My carpet cleaned nicely and they were dry in about 6-7 hours. They carpet technician was very friendly and down to earth.
Reduce the pricing on your microseal. Way too expensive
James did his BEST to remove a stain (although it wouldn't come out). I watched him work on it and am satisfied he knew what he was doing. The rest of the carpet looks great.
What I like about your products and services: James. And the fact the machinery is quiet and that the product dries fairly quickly and does not smell.

James did such a great job cleaning our carpets! He called to let me know when he was on his way, which was very helpful. We just bought our house and it smelled pretty bad of dogs and babies, but now the smells are gone! We will definitely be using Zerorez for all our future cleaning needs!

Was expensive for the whole house. (Over $400) Two tough areas still show the traffic path which was the reason for the cleaning.

Zerorez Technician was thorough and the carpets looked when she finished
The cleaning was good. However, the representative did not make it clear that the pet treatment was $50 PER ROOM and I was shocked at the extra $200! I went ahead and signed for it (which I probably obviously shouldn't have) because he did do the work, thinking I could get some help from the manager. And while they did give a a$50 credit--that was far from the $150 credit I was hoping for. The employees should be trained to make extra costs crystal clear!

I love the "no residue" aspect of this cleaning. My carpets stay cleaner so much longer and you can usually remove most of the stains or spills that "happen". I also love that the carpets dry very quickly. However, this time my carpets were very wet in many places and it took 1 full day and in some places 2 full days to completely dry. It is a good thing that my company didn't arrive as soon as they had planned.
How quick you are to get a specialist out!
Our carpet looks exactly the same as before it got cleaned. There are dirt spots everywhere. I even paid the extra $40 for Tycho to vacuum before, and my cleaner came 2 days later and had a whole bag of dirt from the carpet! There were no people in the house from the time he cleaned until the cleaners came, so it was obvious he didn’t vacuum before, or even try to get out the dirt spots. I still owe you for the job, and will definitely not be paying, unless someone else comes and redoes the job. I’m disgusted.
