Zerorez always does a fantastic job. I do think you are a bit expensive on some treatments, wondering if you really need to charge $75.00 per pet treatment area? I could see a flat rate, but per spot is can really add up.
I encourage you to look at your cost structure and see if it is that necessary to charge such an add-on fee for this. I bet you could just kick up your flat rate for the visit by $25.00 and decrease this cost to make it more attractive to people with pets.
Maybe a "got a new puppy" promotion where this is done at 1/2 the cost. More and more people have pets and the pee spots are part of the deal. If you could really come down on that cost, you could gain more market while increasing your revenue.

Overall a good service, love the feel of the carpet without using the chemicals to clean it but for $518 spent I still have smells and a few smalls spots that were not taken care of.

Your professional did a great job. Some soiled traffic areas on the 15 year old carpet can't even be seen now and match the rest of the carpet. Highly recommend Zerorez!

The technician that came to clean our carpet was a disappointment. When I walked in the house he did not Where wear his shoe covers until he was actually cleaning the floor. Every other service person puts their shoe covers on first. His appearance was scruffy. I have a feeling he was new and didn’t really have the superior water image.
