That the work is guaranteed

The technician was a bit condescending. The price was double the estimate and the carpets are ten times worse than they were before. The whole house stinks. And now I’m going to have to pay someone else to fix it. Will be asking for my money back.

2nd time looked a whole lot better

I was not happy with the pressure we felt from our carpet cleaner man. I felt like he was way to aggressive about what we needed. We ended up spending 3oo. dollars than we had not planned. His bid at first was $1,100.00 for 2 tiny rooms and 3 rooms a little bigger. Our home is 0nly 1600 ft. and that is with 3 bathrooms and a entry way and kitchen and washroom, not carpeted. Also i wrote a review for you in January of 17 and you were going to keep track of it and I would get a discount. We are just senior citizens not trying to get taken advantage of. it is questionable if I use Zero Rez again.

We used to love Zerorez but after this last time I am SO disappointed. Somehow our carpets smell 10x worse and smell in areas that didn’t before. I waited it out thinking maybe it just brought up smells but it definitely hasn’t gone away. I just spent over $300 and feel like my house is less clean than it started. We also ended up with a couple of crusty spots on the carpet which made me chuckle because clearly there was “Rez”. Our cleaner also made a comment about having to rush through jobs on saturdays because of how busy saturdays are and he finished WAY faster than they normally finish and I don’t feel like it was done well. The tech that normally comes leaves our house smelling fresh and takes the time to ensure care. We used to be a customer for life and now we would never use your company again.

I have used you in the past and have been very impressed. This visit was a bit different. When I Pointed our a few dirt spots on the carpet your technician began to spread my carpet and tell me that they were fibers not dirt. Well I’ll asked him to clean and treat the areas anyway. I also had to ask him to repeat my closet area. He again argued with me that it wasn’t dirt but that it was the fibers from my feet and the oils and the traffic area. I said, I know what dirt looks like when I see it. Clean it again. It made me think that these young guys get trained to get out of really working hard to clean carpets. This is a new house, I vacuum at least once a day everyday. I have cleaned my carpets regularly for years.
I don’t need some kid to try to tell me that the small dirt stain I see is not a stain.
I also had to ask him to put guards around my corners after he pulled the big hoses in. He would not have done that if I hadn’t asked. He did not remove his shoes and kept walking back and forth on the carpet he cleaned with his street shoes.
When he can’t back for a second time to redo the tile that was done poorly, I asked him to remove his shoes because he had to go through my cleaned bedroom carpets to get back into my bathroom. Finally he went outside and put some booties On. But he would wear them again outside in the street and come back in and walk on the carpets after wearing the booties outside. I asked again to have him change his booties if he goes outside with them on. He needs to be trained better.
He did redo the bathroom and did a better job after his supervisor came over and showed him what to do. At the end I was on the floor with him cleaning the grout.
It was one of my worst and most unprofessional jobs I have had your company do.
I hope you retrain them better.

We have some serious stains and I'm thinking we might need something stronger than water in the future

We spent an insane amount of money for extra pet treatments for our home, which did not work. And, then we were told that it’s not guaranteed.

We could have spent the nearly $2,000 towards new carpet. Completely disappointing. Will not recommend.

They were great about making sure I was pleased with the service and were willing to make it right.

Quick, friendly service, and pet friendly.

Workers are always professional. Carpet dries so quickly. Cleaning is always amazing with removal of stains that I didn’t think would come up.

The carpets were cleaned very well and look great. Last time, I was not happy with the way the carpets were cleaned and I thought about calling another company, instead of Zerorez.
