The technician did a horrible job! The area rug looked worse after he was done. Since I was so unhappy and not confident that Zero Rez could do it right, I hired another company to do the job right. I would like the $160 I paid to be refunded!

They came the same day I called. They were able to get out all of the spots in my carpet. I’m so happy with the results!
Everything was great, job well done by Jaden. But today when I went out of my office I saw a hole in the wall from the doorknob which wasn't there before. I took a picture and maybe send you them to you to talk about fixing that hole in the wall.

The technician was great! He was very thorough in his explanations of things and explained the advantages of additional services I wasn't planning on. He wasn't pushy with trying to sell my additional services but just explained the situation well and I ended up buying them. He was great!

Fantastic services. Friendly and very knowledgeable. Love the clean feel and smell of the products. Major difference than with a company using chemical cleaning products, the odors that stick around make me sick. Didn’t have that problem at all!
My carpets always feel clean without being stiff or sticky. The techs who clean my carpets have always been professional and done a great job.
I like that you don’t use chemicals in your cleaning service. I have young children and I don’t want chemicals in my carpet. I also liked how easy it was to schedule and how quickly I could have them cleaned. Our technician was very friendly and worked quickly. Overall, a good experience!

More up front price quotes...actual carpet cleaning was 7x more than the quote...seems deceiving. Carpets seem clean however don’t feel it was quite worth it for the price point. Technician was nice & pleasant however. Not sure if we’ll use Zerorez again.
We felt it was EXTREMELY false advertising in the quotes that were given. Super over priced and Not happy with how expensive it was. Will never use again.
