The service was good, but I thought the price was higher than others.
Fast and clean
The carpet technician was fantastic.
The guys who came to clean my carpets were very respectful and clean, protected all the corners of the walls and wore shoe covers. I was very impressed with them.

Some of my pet spots looked good at first but after it dried. It looked like they were bigger. Do not know if the Amy of water they used helped spread the stain out more

My carpet did not get clean at all. The employee was new and did not know how to clean effectively and left spots of where he pretreated the carpet cleaner than the rest and it showed horribly! Had to call and reschedule to have another employee come out to redo it and was told they could not until 3 days later. I expressed dissatisfaction and they sent to others out including a supervisor who said the first guy had only been trained 3 weeks and did not understand why he would have left it looking like that and did not do s proper job. They ended up using a scrubbing machine to get the rest of it looking like the cleaner spots and it worked. Overall not really satisfied with this company and will not be using them again.

The carpet was cleaned well. My only concern was with the carpet protector
It didn’t seem to me that the protector was applied correctly.
I asked the rep and he assured me that he applied it everywhere but I watched while he applied it and it didn’t look like he got all the stairs and the I think he missed spots in the living room.
So I am not sure if it is worth getting the protector but they did a good job on the carpet cleaning.

We just had our carpets cleaned. We are ok with everything,sort of, but the stairs. My husband said the entire job only to 45 minutes. Which worries me as to how clean the carpets really got. It takes me that long just to vacuum the carpets. There was so much water left in the carpets, that they were wet for over 24 hours. The carpets bubbled and now might need to be stretched. The stairs don't look any different, just wet. After they dried, they look as if i just vacuumed not cleaned the carpets. We didn't buy the extra things offered (because we have a dog) so I know there is no warranty. But honestly, would that have been applied to the stairs? I know last time it was not! But I am unhappy about the final results this time. Maybe if they would have taken a few extra minutes and took their time, the results would have been different. Just a thought...

we had it clean on Saturday, and some of it is still wet. We had the pet treatment done , he put lots of water on it still wet , then after he said it might take 4 days to dry. Even on sunday most of the house was wet.. The guy was nice and try to explain to me everything to me but it was hard for me to get it. I t seams like he didn't take up the water from the carpet. also the price was way to much, next time i will shop around better
What can I say? Our dog likes to pee everywhere but where she's supposed to. You can imagine the odor this creates over time. The choice for us was to either replace or professionally clean our carpets. We went on a hunch and picked Zerorez. We paid more for the pet treatment but at least we don't have to replace carpet. For the first time in over a year we can finally breathe fresh air without getting nauseous.
The cleaning fee hello was very positive. He knew that jargon. He wanted to do a great job.
