Explain the pricing better after it's all done.
I paid extra money for better smell but it was a waste of money. Smells exactly the same as before

I feel for what I paid I didn’t get the cleaning I should of got for my house and some of the areas are clean and rest of carpet is still not clean even with extra money I paid for with there cleaner at 75.00$ a gallon in one of bedrooms. 🤮
Amazing work! You get more than what you pay for, plus the employees are so professional while still maintaining great conversation! There’s nothing that I hate more than awkwardly having someone clean your house and not being able to really talk with them! But not Zerorez! Ask for Roy! He’s the best! Highly recommend!

Your Tech was very pushy tried to up-sell me in everything! He quoted me $200 more than I planned on paying. He cleaned 2 rooms, 2 halls, 2 stairways with one of the rooms pet treated. He quoted me over $500 after I told him I needed to keep it around $300. My elderly father had an accident in his room and we are planning on replacing in the next few weeks. He wanted me to pet and bio-hazard? Treat??? Even after I told him we just need to get up the stains well enough till we replaced the carpet. He spent
more time talking than cleaning the carpet Even after I told him I was very busy. The carpet clean looked great. However, not any better than our local vendor Wasatch Carpet. They only have charged us $700 for the entire house. A 5600 sq/ft home 7bd/ 2 LV/ 1 dining room. Finally, the price and the hard sell and the chatty technician is why I will not use your company again or recommend it. He was very nice and polite just wasted too much of my time. I have worked in customer service for the past 35 yrs. I almost never complain but felt you could use this constructive criticism

Call before coming. Explains exactly what they'll do after listening to what I want to have done. Quick but thorough. Great clean carpets everytime!

The technician was very professional and very thorough.
Your up sell techniques are too much. A $200 small townhome job almost turned into $500 when your guys recommended bio treatments. They started by recommending one room. When I agreed they tried to push it to 3 rooms. I finally just told them to clean the carpets and forget the bio treatments. I won’t recommend zerorez because $200 should get me clean carpets for that small of a unit regardless of the conditions. Do I really need to spend $500 to clean less than 100 yards of carpet?

We just bought a house and decided to have it cleaned before we moved in even though the previous owners had it cleaned. It was amazing how much cleaner it was when our technician finished. He was also very knowledgeable and personable. It was a very good experience.

Very clean and dry in short time compared to others I’ve used.
I had a problem with a strong smell after the upholstery cleaning in the items cleaned which was very slow to disappear. I would recommend giving customers the option of no fragrance with their cleaning. Some people are quite sensitive to fragrances.
That they are environmentally safe.
Environmentally safer, no chemical smells, everyone who's ever come to clean exceptionally hard working, knowledgeable, friendly and goes the extra mile!
