Your coordination with us regarding time of arrival and how long the whole process would take was excellent. Your representative was efficient, friendly, and obviously competent. We had had our ducts cleaned recently, which took two guys and about twice the time that this took to clean all carpets in our large home, so I was surprised to see this completed by just one guy. I would gladly recommend this service to others.

How clean it is after.
Zerorez does a great job, I have used it for a number of years, my sister uses Zerorez as well. I am always happy with the results. Even tough stains that other carpet cleaners have not been able to get out, Zerorez has. It is always worth the little more that you pay, your carpets stay clean longer. No residue for dirt to stick to.
We liked that Zerorez did not use chemicals to clean the carpets.

Price for animal cleaning per room was more than the cost to clean a room and it seemed to just highlight the smell. I won't ever do that again but the normal cleaning is good.
