the cost of the cleaning was way over what i was first told it would cost also your
service man did not tell me how much it would cost before he started cleaning the carpet

Spots under beds weren't done even though mattress and box springs had been moved.
Carpet was left very wet and did not dry until well after the given dry times.

It was easy to schedule online. The technician texted to let me know they were on their way. The results were better than I expected. My carpets were much dirtier than I thought! It smelled so fresh too.

zero rez was great to fit me in last minute and cleaned up some dirty carpets. They look soooo good.
I liked the way the carpet looked newer and fresher when it was finished being cleaned. I liked the representative who worked here. He was very efficient and polite. I was disappointed that the nail polish was not able to be removed, but I am working with it a little at a time with acetone in my nail polish remover. I think the service was priced reasonably and I will certainly recomment this service to others and have them back again. Thank you for the opportunity to give a rating.

I like the education your people give us to help us maintain carpets and furniture. The man who cleaned was king and did a great job. It is very pricey compare to other cleaners. A sectional, 12 stairs and 2 rooms for over $600 is a lot of money. Id love to have them cleaned professional twice a year as I do by myself now. I only had one room done. It would cost me over a grand or have my whole house done. My carpet was wet for over 24 hours so I was concerned. That never happens. Educating us why it is wet for so long would be good. Given all this feedback I’d still recommend Zerorez if a friend had a touch spot to get out. Thanks
