Fantastic service! Our carpets and tile look great. Zerorez was efficient, quick and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.
The first appt was for Thursday- you changed to Saturday and didn’t tell me.
Then you called early Sat trying to change 12-4 till morning - I guess you had a cancellation.
Then at 1:00 I called to see how you were coming. And your people thought you were at my house working already - so I would have been skipped.
Then your next appt wasn’t until the following Friday - you should have worked me in earlier.
Then the tech who came was great and did a very nice job. So you get a 3 not a zero. Without the problems my rating would have been 8 or 9
Anywhere the machine does ok. Anything hand done is terrible.
The 100% guarantee is crap and only a touch up in spots. Which they can’t fix anyway because the machine doesn’t work on borders and under cabinets. Total scam. Then thy tried to act like it was because I have travertine. Lame because the travertine with the machine is ok.
Worst company!! Never worth the $400 I spent. Worst costumer service. Called to talk to a manager and the manager and they are terrible
You can improve by not charging for extra on everything. The quote when you book it is hundreds of dollars less then when the technician comes out and what he charges you. It’s happened to me twice now by the time the technician leaves you’ve spent an extra $300. For having a sofa cleaned for $120 it did not even include the back of the cushions and the back of the cushion that you sit on. How was that a sofa being cleaned? I had to pay $10 extra just for the back cushions on the other side to be clean which are constantly flipped around and used. I had to later borrow my sisters Bissell carpet and upholstery cleaner and clean the underside of the cushions because he would charge me $30. Our use the zero red spot remover and it worked out really good but it was me cleaning after I had spent almost $300.
We liked that the appointment was easy to schedule and were happy with the results.
The worker answered our questions and was courteous and friendly.

You do a great job cleaning and have always been on time for the appointments. Workers are always pleasant.
The agent who came to clean for me was very studious and did a great job! He was careful to ask about what I was hoping for and asked what each stain or mark was so he could treat it accordingly. I was happy with how things turned out.

I had some wicking happen and even after returning is still there.
The techs were so nice and fantastic. I'm not sure what happened but something got put/leaked onto my lawn next to where the truck was parked and it burnt my grass.
Seems like the overall cost was a bit pricy.
There are lines on my carpet. He was very nice but just went very fast

The carpets are so clean. There is no residue. The cleaning person was very careful and considerate.

Have used before both here and in Davis County exclusively.
Only comment: the company van which motor ran in order to clean, left a large grease spot on concrete at driveway.
How much longer carpet wears and how much better it looks in all of ouir rentals.

Communication about when to expect the appointment to begin could be improved. I received a call that the technician would be on her way within 45 minutes but she did not arrive for almost 2 hours. Also, I was promised a Swig gift card that was never given to me...
Technician was great, once she arrived.
Love ZeroRez. They got the horrible spot out of the carpet, and cleaned the recliner that we were ready to throw out, so that it looks like a new chair. They kept me informed of when they would arrive, went right to work, and had the whole job done in no time.
The technician was friendly and informed us of what he was doing and how it worked. I recommend them to all my friends and family.
I thought the price was way high! The grout on my tile floor is not clean and it is sealed so I guess nothing can be done to correct the problem. I have spots on my carpet. I am really very disappointed with the outcome!
