The technician was very friendly, punctual and efficient.
Very fast. The workers explained what they would do and why, the carpets were ready to be used within the time promised. Good value for the service. Carpets look great.
Everything turned out nice. The floor was cleaned. Would have liked the traffic area to come out nicer but that is wear on the carpet and not the cleaning part that is the problem.
The technicians were thorough and friendly. I love the soap free cleaning and protectants.
In the past you have done agree at job. This time your providers where very nice but the carpets do not any cleaner.. They did 3 bedrooms a family room and a hall in 30 minutes. The traffic patters that I wanted cleaned are still there and this is carpet less than 4 years old. No raking as in the past. Very disappointed.

I like that Zerorez works! I like that the techs are friendly and pleasant! I like that I was able to get an appointment for the day after I called! I like that if there is a need for Zerorez to come back out, the need is responded to quickly and the concern taken care of right away! I like that Zerorez wants their customers to be satisfied!
