He adjusted my quote honestly, and made sure I was only charged for the services rendered, then I also received a disk punt on top of that. Loved how the carpets turned out! With 4 daughters, they are extremely rough on the flooring, and you made it look like it did just after I had installed it! Well done!
Be more careful with your hose and my flowers. Your technician killed four of my coleus’. He felt badly and told me he had trampled one but it was actually four. He offered a $20 discount which was nice but it cost $8 a plant to replace.
Your technicians were very professional. They did a very good job cleaning our carpets and couch cushion s. They explained what needed to be done.
I thought cleaning the carpet would remove spots from my cat and other stains. I was disappointed that those spots in 2 rooms were not removed!

Zerorez is fast, efficient, thorough and just GOOD CARPET CLEANERS. I will have them clean our upholstery chairs next appointment. They have improved cleaning and..... faster drying time.
I like that it's a green product and it doesn't feel filmy.

I called and made an appointment 3 weeks in advance because I wanted an early appointment as we were leaving town at 11:30. The girl said that would be fine and she would make a note of my request. I called several days before and made sure I was on the list for an early appt. She said it was in the notes that I needed to leave by 11:30. On the day of the cleaning I called at 9:30 since no one had showed up yet. The girl said, well he is in Lehi at an appointment and will not be at your house for 1 1/2 hours!! I said I asked to have an early time since we were leaving town. She replied, we cannot tell you when and what time your appointment will be. I said I asked to be first. I didn't need a specific time I just need to be first on the list. Long story short, he came at 11 and did a super job and was very nice but we were late leaving for our vacation. But I really don't think I will use this service again nor would I ever refer anyone due to the scheduling issue.
1. We received notice over an hour earlier than scheduled that the truck was near, and arriving soon. This was a huge inconvenience on my wife and 89 year old father in law, as well as me. I had an appointment, to which I arrived EXACTLY ON TIME, so I couldn't help in the sudden rush to get the rooms cleared. To their credit, my wife reported that the two guys were at least helpful moving things.
2. They blamed the lack of fully cleaning the carpet to the "2 years" since it was last cleaned. Granted, it's been 17 months, they rushed the job, both initially and when First name removed asked them if they could touch it up again.
3. It is apparent that the jobs are likely being rushed to make up for the lower "special" cost. This strategy just lost you a customer FOR LIFE.
Excellent service above all. Your technician let us know about problems he encountered that could lead to a less than perfect outcome. He made sure we got the best deal possible. He was careful with our home and furnishings. We couldn't be more pleased.
