First, the carpet cleaners who have come to our home are professional, and have done a thorough job. They knowledgeably explain the process and what they have completed at my home. I love that their process is environmentally friendly. My carpets were in desperate need of cleaning, and Zerorez cleaned them up.

I still have the stains in my carpet, after paying $187 you would think your people would get them out. He didn't even spray the stains before shampooing.

I have used zero rez several times before in this same area, a plush white carpet. I paid extra for pet cleaning, as usual, but it doesn't look like they got the few new spots at all. And overall, there are places where the carpet is just yellow, but it wasn't like that in past cleanings.

Everything was good except that the carpet on both my staircases is still wet -- more than 30 hours after cleaning. I've been running my fan several hours at a time off and on to help it dry but it's still wet.

The young man that cleaned our carpets had a great work ethic. He should up when expected. He got right to work and was very thorough in cleaning a few areas that were heavily soiled. Our carpets looked great when he finished.

Emilio, the technician arrived on time as scheduled. He called before he came to give me an estimate of when he would be at my home. He explained the procedure for cleaning my carpets. He answered all of my questions.
My carpets have never been so clean or soft. They were dry in about six to seven hours. Other companies left my carpet damp for a day. And then the carpet was stiff.
I highly recommend Zerorez. I will definitely be using them again.

A technician is coming out again tomorrow, and hopefully my issue can be resolved. None, not one, of the pee spots he cleaned yesterday smell better. For $100 extra, I expected your system to work. I looked up several other carpet cleaners, and they guarantee pet spot treatment for $40 a room--$10 less than you, and guaranteed.

I spent a lot of money and have the exact same issue I had before your business came to my house. So, yes, I am disappointed.

We were given a window of 12-4, and then got a call at 9:30 that they’d be there in an hour. We had to rearrange our work schedules on the spot and race home to meet them in time. Super frustrating!! Might be looking into a different company to do the rest of the house.

We have used zerorez for years and for the most part have loved the results! But not this time! We asked to have the stairs cleaned that go to the apartment in our home, granted they were dirtier than they have ever been, but some of them are still not dry! It has been 36 hours since they were “cleaned “ and they are still damp!! A few years ago we had a similar problem in the bedrooms that we had cleaned and when they finally did dry, the carpet was crunchy! You came back and tried to remedy the situation and it helped a bit. I think it totally depends on the technician that we get and how much time they take to do a good job! I am sure that stairs are probably difficult to do, but that is no excuse for hurrying and not doing a good job! We will probably still use zerorez in the future, but we hope that all of your technicians will get a little more training and maybe increase their stamina, so that the last thing they do is done as well as the first! Thank you for your time!

I think his name was Christian, who did the carpets. He was fabulous!!! The carpets looked great and he was so good to communicate all information to me.

I needed to have a small area recleaned. Zerorex sent a supervisor out to take a look. He took care of the problem area, and when carpet dried it looked great again.

I called to express my disappoint in the services. They told me to wait until the morning to call and to have someone come out. I called this morning and they told me that they couldn't have someone come out today because they were booked and that I would be paying an additional $75 on top of the $215 I already spent. I was not impressed at all. I will not be recommending your company.
