Carpets were extremely wet. Took more than 24 hours to completely dry, even with ceiling fans running. And the stairs are still wet. In addition, when the technician forcefully pulled the blue hoses around corners, it left blue scuff marks on corners of several walls. Some wiped off while some did not.
We’ve definitely had better experiences with other companies such as Stanley Steamer and Plush. I would not recommend.

I had this carpet cleaned in February by another company and it looked fabulous after they were finished. They spent double the time working on it. Right now you cannot tell the carpet was even cleaned.The same marks are there and none of the stains are gone. Seriously it looks the exact same now as it did before it was cleaned. I spent $180 on this project because your ads are so convincing. But I will never be using your company again. This was a complete waste of my money and I am so sad.

I called zerorez and they were able to schedule an appointment within 2 days. Taylor arrived on time and called me 45 minutes before my appointment to let me know he was on his way. I had already had the carpets cleaned by another company and was extremely dissappointed. Zerorez got the carpets lighter, cleaner and also got rid of the stench left by the other company. Taylor was friendly, professional and did a thorough job.
My carpet are very clean It did not take him long to do my rooms. I would recommend you to anyone

The technician was a good dude but the upselling you guys require them to do was a bummer. I was excited to finally try Zerorez because I imagined a more direct approach to carpet cleaning but it was just more smoke and mirrors. Orange coating, Bacteria coating etc... even though I know I can buy that stuff by the bottle for a few bucks practically anywhere. Didn't really get the orangy smell during the process either so that made me question the further gimmicking of it all. Probably gonna go back to another truck mounted provider before diving into zerorez for $200 a gain. I call that type of sell "hit it and quit it".
