We have used Zerorez for at least 20 years. THE BEST CARPET CLEANING EVER!
I feel like the bill should have been walked through more closely. It looks like we were charged for an extra room and I can figure out the charge for the added prevention carpet stuff. They were all a different price. We were told a special of 60, and one of the charges was 90. Right now I feel like we were overcharged at least 63 dollars, but it is really confusing.

Quick, professional, and the non-soapy process is great
The technician did a great job but I wasn't happy with the cost of the tile cleaning when it didn't even clean up the grout in the kitchen. The technician told me that he had doubts as to weather or not it would clean it up with your equipment and he did the best he could do. With that said I will be sending pictures of before and after pictures of my wife's cleaning of the tile to show that it can be cleaned. When you advertise that you can do something you should have a guarantee for your work and to pay almost $150 for tile cleaning work that took less than an hour to do and not have it be very effective is disappointing. Needless to say I'll never have your company clean my tile again.
The price was reasonable and the service was thorough and efficient. Got the pet stains out of the carpet!
The upsale was a bit strong. Tech showed up early and felt like it was part of the upsell. Also wanted to charge extra for small closets? JUST DIDNT LEAVE ME WITH A GOOD FEELING. Did do a really good job on the carpets. Would have been a 10 if no upsell...

The products are the best I have had done on my carpets and the service personnel have always been polite, explaining process well and sharing additional products with home owner that can extend life of cleaning and carpet without being pushy.

The technician that cleaned my carpet and tile was so courteous and did a great job! Please check who it was and give him a raise or at least a huge pat on the back. It is very nice when you have someone come into your home that is so respectful and trustworthy.

we were surprised that it only took them about 30-45 minutes to do the job. we wanted to know how dirty our carpet was. they were gone before I returned from the paint store. We let it dry overnight before we moved the furniture back. We are pleased with the results.
It's not as helpful as it could be to not have technicians help move furniture. Our technician was wonderful and helpful but we couldn't get part of our carpet cleaned.

Products are ‘safe’ for humans and pets. The service is professional. My carpets and tile floors look like new after nine years of active family life. Zerorez is absolutely the very best there is.
