I’ve had your company come to my home for 7 years doing carpet, hardwood, grout, tile, sofas, rugs, etc. I’ve always been impressed with the service and the way you clean my carpets and everything else I’ve hired you to do. This time was the complete opposite. The technician had no customer service skills and left my carpets looking only slightly better than when he started. When I asked him to work on some places again during the walk thru he told me that’s as good as it gets and that’s what he was trained to say so going over it again wouldn’t change it. Another tech came a few days later to try to work on the issues the other guys left and agreed that the floors were cleaned poorly and he did a much better job. Unfortunately the second guy just spot treated areas I pointed out at the time and didn’t redo everything so overall, the entire job was not worth my time or money.
The customer service and experience was exceptional. I was very pleased with the results and the time frame of completion was amazing. Always going to use Zerorez in the future.
No residue.
My carpets look great but this is the first time using Zerorez all have to see in a month how they look!
The service was fine, but it didn't live up to the hype of the commercials. They talk about making the carpets look like new after being cleaned. Our carpets weren't really bad to begin with, but they look no better than when we use our own personal carpet cleaner on them. Also, the carpet was pretty wet afterwards. When we clean them on our own, we go over them several times to suck up as much water as possible. It usually only takes 2-3 hours for them to dry out. This time, it took around 8 hours to dry.
You leave no soapy residue.

I was given a quote and my bill was double.
No strong odor, quick to dry.
Over all I am happy about the service that the gentleman provided.
However the inital price to clean 3 rooms, 1 hallway, 1 stair case, 2 area rugs was going to be over $1,000 WOW. We did have some pet issues that he said that he could treat for an additional $75 a spot that helped inflate that price. We got the bill down to just over $600 which I think is still pretty high.
End result he was able to clean the pet stains with out the additional treatments that he suggested and they turned out great every inch of the carpet that was cleaned is so soft.

I like that you do not use soaps etc. But mostly I want to say the technician who cleaned for me was the best you have ever sent. He was excellent
After the carpet dried there were still huge stains. It looked as though they just pushed the dirt in carpet lines. But didn’t actually pull up dirt

Re products. Ahead doesn't leave a detergent residue so the carpets appear cleaner. The technician was very helpful and did a great job

Cost for cleaning tile was really high. It cost us $1200 to clean our kitchen and entryway. That seems outrageous. It took him about 1 1/2 hr— that’s $800 an hour! I was pleased with the carpet cleaning, and the kid who did the work did a good job.
