The stairway that we had cleaned, was extraordinarily wet compared to the other carpet cleaned. I have used Zerorez in the past and was surprised that the stairway was so heavily wet. I wasn't as impressed with the overall outcome.

Richard came and cleaned our entire home on Friday, July 26, 2019. He did an excellent job on almost every part, making our carpet look like new again and cleaning a very dirty area rug. He was very nice and professional.

We had one room in our basement, my daughter's room, where our dog had urinated while we were out of town and family was supposed to be watching him (who didn't do a very good job. :/) We didn't know where he peed exactly as it had dried by the time we got home, however, her room definitely smelled.

Richard suggested the extra $50 pet treatment. I have used this service before when our dog was a puppy. I knew they shined a black light to find the source and then treated the area. Richard told me that his black light broke that morning and he didn't have one to use, but that he would clean the whole area thoroughly. I was not told that this was not 100% guaranteed.

On Monday morning, 72 hours later, it still stunk in her room. My daughter does not want to sleep in there because of the smell...which is why I called to have my carpets cleaned in the first place. I called ZeroRez on Monday and spoke with Sawyer who was very helpful in explaining the process of using the treatment, how it works, why it may need to be flushed instead of just treated, how it's not 100% guaranteed, and if I wanted them to come out and treat it again, it would be another charge.

I mentioned that I didn't think that was fair since Richard didn't have his black light in order to properly treat the area in the first place. I offered that perhaps we could meet in the middle so we can get the carpets treated in a timely manner. He put me on hold so I could speak to his manager. He came back to my line and said that his manager was on another call and would call me back.

I still have not heard from the manager. No message has been left. No contact made. We go out of town tomorrow afternoon, July 31st for 2 weeks, and I was hoping to be able to get this resolved before we left. Or at least get something on the calendar for when we get home.

Technician was polite and made certain he informed us of all he did and addressed issues we had. Product has worked well in the past and we are most satisfied with our recent experience.

Just after the Christmas holiday I was sick with influenza A and was not able to work for 5 days. I had picked up the dog from a kennel and he was sick at the same time. The dog had repeated thrown up and had accidents in the house. All of this came out of my rug. I came back from a month vacation and the dog had gone on the rug and another rug was in need of cleaning since places that were suppose to be white were not. This time the spots from the dog were not completely gone and the other rug didn’t look any different. I was very surprised and disappointed. My rugs were initially taken into your facility when they were bought to be treated. My designer recommended your company and I have been very pleased in the past with your work. I was not pleased this last time. I even asked if it would help if the rugs were taken in to your facility. The person that came suggested it would not.

I just feel like your service is over-priced and honestly, my stairs were saturated when your employee left. He told me 6-8 hours to dry, we’re Currently at 32 hours and my stairs are still quite damp. We’ve had a fan on them for the past 12 hours to try to speed up the process. I’ve jever had my carpets left so wet from past cleaners.
There’s nothing really that can be done.

Showed up on time. Did a great job. The carpets look great. Dried quickly without a residue.
