Clean carpets without harsh chemicals
Adam came back to re do some of the tile grout that didn’t get cleaned. He was very thorough and friendly.
This process was a lot easier than I thought it would be. I was given an estimate on the phone and ended up paying that estimated amount (no hidden fees or charges). I also appreciated receiving a phone call from the company when the technician was an hour out and a second phone call from the technician when he was 10-15 minutes away. Our carpets look and feel great. I would absolutely recommend Zerorez to anyone who was looking for a carpet cleaning company.
They are natural, safe and dried fast!
Pet treatment didn't really help and actually made some spot much worse.
Didn't get a time frame until right before they came, I was told they would call a say ahead. Also, I found out online you do one room for free if for purchase of 3, this was not offered to me.

Hunter did a great job!!! I honestly didnt think that the seats in the car would come clean with a mess from 2 toddlers but he did it!!!
Had to be told to use the agitator the second time even though it was obviously not coming clean. Wasn’t up front about not being able to get certain spots clean (that were not pet related)
I really like the fact that you can pick up spills/stains/odors that I didn't know were there and treat them before they become unmanageable.
I am completely satisfied-representative was very polite and floors look great as well as cost is reasonable

The materials that were used didn't clean the walkway areas. The tec you sent was great and tried hard as he could to get them out but couldn't. After he left we used an oxy clean carpet cleaner and could remove them. Again the tec on a rating of 1 to 10 was easily a 25.

First off your cleaner did an amazing job! She was just a petite young lady but she worked through the house with confidence and ease. The carpet hasn’t looked this good since we moved in 9 years ago. Kudos to Camille!
Fernando's did a superb job and was very fast and polite. I thought it was a bit pricey. I paid $40 less for the same job The carpet looks good but not really that much
I got an appointment for the day I needed it. The carpets look good. I’ve been needing to clean them because I have a very dirty puppy and she keeps getting the carpets dirty! Our technician was great! He helped make every area he cleaned so nice! Thanks!
