Everything was great from the booking, reservation system, service and the final product. Our carpets and chairs look great, and they were dirty. We live in a dusty area and have large dogs. Conrad was our service tech the last two times. He was great to work with. I will highly recommend zerorez to anyone!
I did not receive a call 24 to 48 hours before service. I called the morning of the appointment,
and the ZeroRez representative had a little difficulty finding my information. This may have been because my daughter made the initial appointment for us. But she said she did not receive a call a day or two before the appointment either. It all worked out OK, but we had a busy Saturday, and it would have been helpful to have known further in advance re: when the cleaning appointment was to have been scheduled.
Alll in all, a good job with a cheerful and very dedicated carpet cleaning professional. Just a minor glitch.
No residue, fast drying, friendly service

The technicians were great, very through and efficient.
The technician was perfect. Professional, knowledgable, fast and detailed. However, I found that the carpets (even with fans on them) were wet for 12-18 hours after he was done. That is a bit longer than I had expected.
The carpet and tile looks great, the tough stains came out of the carpet. The carpet technician was a good/hard worker and very knowledgeable.
Please make the window of time I have to wait for the tech a bit shorter. 4 hours is a bit long to wait.
Van was very thorough. He went out of his way to protect corners, pre-treat problem areas, spend extra time on tough dirty spots, explain everything, and even went back and hand cleaned some edges on my basement stairs that the cleaning nozzle couldn't reach. He offered me booties to wear while the carpet dried.

Service very prompt. Mitchell professional and personable. He explained what he would be doing and what we need to know. Zeroez has been easy to work with. I will recommend their services.
The guys who did the cleaning were great. I requested a second cleaning due to the carpet looking streaky. The carpet did not clean well even after the follow up cleaning. The people and their service was great but the cleaning job not what I expected.

We are always highly impressed with Zero Rez. However this last time there are orange brown marks on the edges of our stairs. I'm not sure if it became obvious with the other dirt being lifted out or if it's residue from the cleaners used? I've been meaning to call.

Cleaned the carpet well and technicians were friendly.
I only gave a 5 because my service guy was in a hurry to clean my carpet. It’s as if he was trying to get off early to go home, or that he had more important places to be. He was very quick with my cleaning. I also had oil spots all throughout my hall and stairs. He claimed he sprayed them with his spot remover, but they wouldn’t come up. I took some cleaner from my house and sprayed the spots and scrubbed them and they came right up. So while I scrubbed my carpet for 20 minutes he worked around me. That’s why I hired Zerorez was to scrub my spots and get them out, not to have me scrub them.
My stairs are still wet and it’s been more than 24 hours. They’re starting to get a crunchy feel as well. I’m still waiting for them to dry before I can see how they really turned out. Maybe too much water was used on the stairs?

Carpets are clean and done very professionally
They don’t have all of the harsh chemicals that other cleaners have. Carpet feels & smells fresh & clean after they leave!

Our rug was not cleaned. We were told if we brought it into the shop it would be a deeper and more efficient cleaning, but it wasn’t. It honestly didn’t look better at all. I would like a refund.
