Technician was great. He was so thorough even though we were the last appointment of the day. I love the extraction for pet urine.
Easy to work with, efficient, everything went smoothly.
After our carpet was dry you can still see some stains. One of the areas I really wanted treated was my closet. I didn’t fully understand what my technician was explaining to me (although he was very nice and conscientious I believe), and it was treated differently, and that is just one of the marks I still can see. I feel like I spent a lot of money on this service (more than I have ever spent on carpet cleaning in the past), to not be 100% satisfied.
I wasn’t going to call and complain, but I have got this email a couple of times now...
The technician who came, Riley, was an exemplary employee who was respectful & diligent.

The technician was very thorough when explaining the process and easy to talk to. He listened to my concerns and helped me figure out the best way to get things done. He was careful to stay as clean as he could while moving about the house. He did an excellent job and we would like Riley (sp?) to come back again.
Our carpets look great! We just had some remodeling done and the dust was everywhere! Especially in the carpet. The carpets are clean and the air in my home is clean and wonderful. Thank you Zerorez!

The tile was a little streaky but the carpet looked great.
My technician was fabulous, he was very professional and courteous. HOWEVER I am very disappointed in the changes that have happened in Zerorez's business practices since the last time I got my carpets cleaned, especially in the hard core upselling. Next time I will be using a company that includes a biological cleaner that will eliminate bacteria out of my carpet without asking for an additional $300.
I've used your services twice and both times it has been a great experience. Your service men are very nice and professional. They called before they came and arrived when they said they would. They got the job done quick and did a great job!
Everything was fine. Still some spots on the carpet, but it's not the highest quality carpet so I doubt that can be helped.

I was grateful for your worker who was not rushed, who was kind and who answered questions and gave good advice for our carpet needs.
I am highly allergic/sensitive to chemicals, dust and certain detergents and even have an in-wall vac system to take the dust outside so that I can breathe. When I learned that Zerorez has no such detergents or chemicals, I booked them as soon as I had saved up the money.
The deepest and darkest stains were removed and the carpets feel so good on our feet now. Thank you.
My carpet was so dirty that I never thought it would come clean. I was at the point of replacing it. The young man that cleaned it wasn’t so sure it wouldn’t come clean either. We were both surprised at the outcome. It came as clean as new carpet. I’m no longer thinking of replacing it. Thank you Zerorez.
