The technician was fine - he did a good job. I have had you come many times and have had all the same rooms cleaned each time. For some reason this technician said that the very same rooms I've had cleaned for years needed to be billed as 2 rooms each. I have your master protection on the carpet and have never had anyone try to charge me for 2 rooms for my family room and master bedroom each. That is twice what I would normally pay. I told him and he said he would do the master bedroom as one room but not the family room. It felt a little odd to me since I've had your company out many, many times and had to pay more for the same service. I was disappointed.

We really enjoyed our man on the scene. He was very helpful removing stains etc. The only suggestion I have is that at the end of his sweep against a wall or other end point the carpet was often left very wet.

I feel for what I paid I didn’t get the cleaning I should of got for my house and some of the areas are clean and rest of carpet is still not clean even with extra money I paid for with there cleaner at 75.00$ a gallon in one of bedrooms. 🤮

Amazing work! You get more than what you pay for, plus the employees are so professional while still maintaining great conversation! There’s nothing that I hate more than awkwardly having someone clean your house and not being able to really talk with them! But not Zerorez! Ask for Roy! He’s the best! Highly recommend!
