He careful reviewed his plan as well as recommendations based on his assessment prior to start. His attention to detail along with his review of his work before taking payment, making sure I was satisfied with the outcome along with making sure to answer questions I had was greatly appreciated. He was very professional and thorough. We just can't get over how great the carpets look. We will definitely use your service again!

The guy that did the floors was extremely knowledgeable and helpful very nice and did an awesome job. We didn't think the old stains would come out but somehow he was able to get them cleaned and the carpets were dry just overnight,

I want to say what an amazing job Spencer did on our carpets yesterday. He very thoroughly looked over the rooms with a black light to find where our dog peed. I can’t tell you the difference in the smell of those rooms now! I would request him to come back to us every time. He worked so hard and could not have been better!

The technician was friendly, respectful, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. The carpets look great. Only issue was the dry time. I was told 6-8 hours, but there were parts of the house—especially both staircases but also some rooms—that didn’t fully dry for 3 days. It was a big hassle in terms of leaving furniture off the carpet for 2-3 days.
