Worse cleaning ever. None of my spots came out. I’m talking about soda spills such as Mountain Dew clear color drinks that I had pointed out to the cleaner. I requested pet cleaning on the reservation. The guy said it wasn’t listed and didn’t think I needed it. I had a couple of small dogs at my home for 11 months. I made it clear that the bottom of the stairs to the basement was an area of concern. I think you’re cleaning solution doesn’t work. I will have to have someone come out to clean again.

The technician was very friendly and arrived on time. I had to go back through afterwards and spot clean the carpet myself, which came right up with a damp towel and an iron. I’m a bit confused why when I paid to have them “professionally” cleaned, I still had to go back through myself.

Technicians were nice and speedy, but I could still see a light outline of where our rugs were after the carpet was cleaned.

No soaps. Clean process. No chemicals. You also did a great job on my travertine tile.

the guys were very thorough with the cleaning. They sucked up the residual water left on first pass with a second run. Our carpet is very thick and only way to get clean was to apply water. Customer for future needs....

The cleaning is great, with no odd smells remaining on the carpet and furniture. I have microfiber furniture, that gets a shiny oily look when dirty. Zerorez really works to take the dirt and body oils off!

The technician that came to clean our condo was both professional and friendly, and did a wonderful job our carpets and tile, including a couple of vintage tile countertops! He also cleaned a mattress that I frankly thought was not salvageable, and made it look, smell and feel like a new mattress.
