Quick drying carpets
Great experience, service technicians were fantastic and informative.
Ben did a very good cleaning a recliner that is old. it had never been cleaned. He took the time to make sure I was happy with the results.
I have a very old carpet and wanted to see if it could be cleaned one more time before replacing it. The first cleaning did a fair job, but I called Zerorez to see if they would come back and try again on some of the high travel areas. They graciously did so, and it looks much better. They came back without any hassle and seemed eager to have it look as good as possible. Thanks, Zerorex!!
The lead technicians seem to be very experienced and knew what he was doing. They were a pleasure to have in our home. They went out of their way to please us.
The cleaning process is amazing. I have had zerorez clean my carpet for several years now. There is never residue and all the stains are gone. The techs are courteous and knowledgeable. The process is efficient and I'm always satisfied with their work.
Best of all, our carpets look great! The brush roller brings up dirt you’d never know was there and the wand does a superb job cleaning and vacuuming. Mitch and Junior were thorough, hardworking, careful, and friendly. We appreciated their expertise!
My 25 year old carpet was stained and just didn't smell good. After cleaning, the carpet looked great and the pet treatment really made a difference. All other cleaning we have done with other companies was disappointing, but we are very happy and plan to continue to use Zerorez.

Technician showed up on time and took the opportunity to fully evaluate my needs and explain the cleaning method and what to expect. Suggestions were made without pressure on additional services that might be desired. The job was done efficiently and with attention to details that might need special care. Results were amazing. Carpets renewed.

After the carpet dried, I could see spots that were not cleaned well. Also the urine spot that I paid an extra $75 to be cleaned still smells. I don’t have time for my carpets to be cleaned again. I wish I could get some sort of refund.

The tech cleaned the rooms and then did the stairs. No stairs were requested. Then he added charge for them
Not sure how good the carpets were done because he did then so fast. He took less time to clean 6 rooms than it took to clean 3 rooms last time.

The associates were great. But our 4 rooms took them literally less then 10 min and you could tell. Spots were left and it didnt look clean. It was done way too fast

The first appt was for Thursday- you changed to Saturday and didn’t tell me.
Then you called early Sat trying to change 12-4 till morning - I guess you had a cancellation.
Then at 1:00 I called to see how you were coming. And your people thought you were at my house working already - so I would have been skipped.
Then your next appt wasn’t until the following Friday - you should have worked me in earlier.
Then the tech who came was great and did a very nice job. So you get a 3 not a zero. Without the problems my rating would have been 8 or 9
Anywhere the machine does ok. Anything hand done is terrible.
The 100% guarantee is crap and only a touch up in spots. Which they can’t fix anyway because the machine doesn’t work on borders and under cabinets. Total scam. Then thy tried to act like it was because I have travertine. Lame because the travertine with the machine is ok.
Worst company!! Never worth the $400 I spent. Worst costumer service. Called to talk to a manager and the manager and they are terrible
You can improve by not charging for extra on everything. The quote when you book it is hundreds of dollars less then when the technician comes out and what he charges you. It’s happened to me twice now by the time the technician leaves you’ve spent an extra $300. For having a sofa cleaned for $120 it did not even include the back of the cushions and the back of the cushion that you sit on. How was that a sofa being cleaned? I had to pay $10 extra just for the back cushions on the other side to be clean which are constantly flipped around and used. I had to later borrow my sisters Bissell carpet and upholstery cleaner and clean the underside of the cushions because he would charge me $30. Our use the zero red spot remover and it worked out really good but it was me cleaning after I had spent almost $300.
We liked that the appointment was easy to schedule and were happy with the results.
The worker answered our questions and was courteous and friendly.
1--Showed up late after specifically requesting the first spot--we had to leave town.
2--Perhaps they were in a hurry because they knew we had to leave, because they seemed for the most part to skim over the area once or twice.
I had to request they redo the front entry hall again--whilst he was jabboring about extra dirt
in those spots is common. (one would conclude that knowing the areas of increased soil--
which was obvious--that it required extra work)
--He also talked about fading differently ( the carpet isn't two years old and has had rugs in the traffic areas until just recently.

I quote my neighbors who checked on it once it was dry " We found several spots. Also I think they did not touch where you pulled back the rug. I would have someone redo it" AND "They did a terrible job, they need to come back and fix it.
