My carpets are always clean and stay clean longer
very friendly. Took time to explain the process and to walk through the area and ask specific questions about desired services. Carpets looked great!
Everything went well, my only complaint is the price. I used the deal of $33 per room and also got stairs and an area rug cleaned - I understand the stairs being more expensive cause they’re harder to clean, but the area rug alone was over $70! Way overpriced if you ask me. Otherwise a good experience.
Prompt, polite, and clean carpets! BUT...I am still waiting for an invoice or receipt. I cannot bring it up on your email that tells me to do so!! It is not there! and I have phoned in to let them know. Still no invoice!!

I know that one of the room she did was very dirty, however he left lines. That didn't get clean. He said it would all be dry in about 8 hours and it wasn't dry for 2 days. I didn't realize so much water would be used. I'm not sure I would use this company again

Tech didn't wear shoe covers - tracked dirt into house on the wood floor. No discount offered for missing arrival window. The actual carpet cleaning was fine, but the overall experience was disappointing.

Go over the floor twice if need be. I know you book by time, but some times we would like to see you put as much effort into cleaning our home as we put in to it.
So far my floor has not crushed down and that is nice. I have enjoyed your job better than other company that have cleaned my floors.
