They did a great job. The carpet looked and smelled nice and they were quick and professional. They arrived 45 min early so I was still at work. Thankfully they waited, but I was a little upset by the message from the Zerorez office saying they would only wait 20 min, which I thought was odd since they were early....not my fault. I had to race hone.
The person who cleaned my carpets did an amazing job. She was very thorough and got out stains I didn't think was possible. I would love to use her again.
Every person I spoke to was helpful and professional, the technician was efficient and thorough. He was also very nice! I feel that the price was reasonable for the work and product!
Excellent attention to detail. The two men who worked on my home did not rush... they worked hard to ensure that when they were finished the carpets were clean, and free of spots and stains. I will specifically request this team the next time I need my carpets cleaned.

The individual who did our carpet cleaning worked very hard and was very careful with out home. He was very professional.
On time and thorough.
There was some water on my hardwood flooring that was left from the carpets being cleaned. I thought the workers would wipe it up afterwards but they left it for me to wipe up. It wasn't a lot of water so it wasn't a big deal, which is why I scored a 9. The worker broke a picture frame that was on the wall but was very apologetic and immediately came down to let me know. He was very honest and super friendly, and he gave me a discount. I will use zerorez again.

Professional and attentive to detail.
My carpets always look great when the job is done. The technicians are always friendly and helpful. However, of the two who came this time, one was great, and the other one scared me to death about the pet treatments, so I opted out of that. I almost opted out of having them do the carpet at all. His warnings were so strong...then I had to sign the waiver whether I had the pet treatment or not. How ridiculous is that! I hope I don't get that same "salesman" again. I will have zerorez but not if he comes to the door.

I ultimately like the way the products and services clean the carpets. I love the idea of no soaps leaving a residue. The carpets seem to dry faster too.

My tile looked worse than before they “cleaned it”. Despite the name, there was so much residue, streaking and dirty areas left over, that I had to clean it after they left... I couldn’t stand to look at it anymore, and refused to walk barefoot on my own tile.
I called within 15 minutes after they left and requested to have a supervisor call me. No returned call. I called again, and she had left for the weekend. She had 4 hours to contact me, and nothing. Her lack of response or concern spoke a thousand words to me.
Based on how dirty my tile floors were, I am quite concerned with what was left on my carpet. I do not recommend.
The carpet looks so good after your cleanings
we recently had our carpets cleaned by one of your technicians. It has been about three weeks since this was done. Since then we have had a spot on the carpet that has appeared from a pet accident. You couldn't see the spot before cleaning the carpets. but since having them cleaned, this spot has shown up. So we decided to clean that spot with a rented carpet cleaner ourselves. We also cleaned the hallway because that never really looked cleaned afterwards. When we poured out the waste water, we were absolutely shocked to see black water pouring out of the bucket. We don't wear shoes in our house, so its impossible to think that carpet got that dirty in 3 weeks! We took pictures because we were so surprised to see the dirt coming out of our carpet. Since that carpet was never cleaned properly in the first place, I would appreciate a reimbursement of at least half my money to help pay for the rental of the carpet cleaner I rented.
