The technician, Derek, was kind, thoughtful, and very personable. The carpet looks so much better than before he came. Most of it dried in 24 hours. The heavy traffic areas he did extra treatment on did take 48 hours to not be damp anymore. But Derek went the extra mile with his services. Very happy with the way my carpets look.

I feel like it was a waste of money, the carpet is not much cleaner.
We scheduled to have our tiles cleaned with the $28.00 per 100 square feet special.
I had my tiles done once before by one of your competors and paid $500.00.
When the zerorez employee's arrived I was informed that the tile I have didn't qualify for the special. And that the cost would be $1400.00, but I would be given a 30 percent discount for being a valued costumer. .
I have over 700 square feet of tile. Thinking the price of $28 x 8 I was figuring it being $224.00, I had received a coupon for $25.00 from liking the company on Facebook.
I tried to find the coupon and only could find one for carpet protection, I had spent $800.00 just 3 weeks earlier and wouldn't be able to use this before it would expired.
I had donated blood the last couple of weeks to save for the tile cleaning, total I had saved was $162.00. I felt I could come up with the difference out of my personal account, but with the surprised of still being over $1000. I could not justify taking this much money away from other family obligations.
I had the foors scheduled earlier during the same time the carpets were being done, but found it to be to hard to move everything around all in the same day.
The employee who did the carpets thought he could do some of the floors that day, but having that days bill for 6 rooms and couch and love seat cleaned and found many pet mishaps the surprise of $800.00 bill was enough of a shock
Why at that time did the technician not inform me that the tile would not qualify for the special?
My husband has informed me that we will no longer be able to use Zerorez any more since the appointments we schedule always seems to be hundreds more. I expect some extra work may need to be needed, but it seems to be a constant problem found at my appointment.
Your employees have always been great, and always seem to go the extra mile, but the exorbitant extra cost has pushed us away from your company.

We had a great experience with Zerorez. They were efficient, professional, and affordable. They also gave me tips on how often to vacuum my particular type of carpet so that I don’t require as many deep cleanings, which I really appreciated. Will definitely be using them again in the future!

Friendly technocians who are very skilled
I appreciated Fernando's work ethic and professionalism and thoroughness when he came to redo a carpet cleaning by another tech a few days earlier. My carpet was perfectly clean without streaks or dark half clean areas. He pretreated it, used the agitated to lift pet hair which was not done previous.
I was frustrated to devote 3/4 of 2 days to waiting for the service, however.
I would mile to be scheduled for a specific almost time as other services have done.
I still think the job was done to perfection the second time around.
Cleaning person seemed to lack experience. He did not know if the flooring in the dining area was tile or linoleum.
