We were very happy with the carpet cleaning done by your technicians, They were very accommodating and efficient in the things that they did. We were concerned after they left because there was some rippling in the carpet in the living room, and I called your office to express my concern. The lady who took my call was very nice and reassured us that the problem would correct itself after the drying process was complete. She was right! We are very pleased with our clean carpets.

The rep was less than friendly and seemed bothered that he had to clean the carpets
You could vacuum before or after the cleaning. There were small pieces of dabree left behind

This 2880 sq. Ft. Home was cleaned in 1 1/2 hours and the chair, desk marks were still there and easily lifted! Also, where the dressers were the carpet was still matted! It looked like it was done so fast and I also had several pieces of small items near the edges that were still on the floor. The stain protectant was also applied in that amount of time! It looks like it was a rush job and for the cost I was not impressed!
Be on time to the appointment window. Our window was between 8am and Noon and the cleaners didn’t show up until after Noon.
Carpets are clean! Very professional, prompt, friendly did a great job!

My carpet has never looked so good. The two Gentleman that came to clean my carpets were clean cut, very courteous! They were very thorough and didn’t try to sell me a lot of unnecessary services or products.
