Doesn't add more chemicals to an overburdened environment. Removed soaps and chemicals used in previous cleanings. Neutralized pet odors and refreshed the furniture and carpets and rugs. The Tech was courteous and professional.
Very thorough and great job. Didn’t pressure me to buy additional services and that really impressed me. He educated me on what else there was available but I felt no pressure.

I know you don’t guarantee the continued removal of pet smells, however, my carpet smelled WAY worse once it dried. I didn’t really notice the smell before but now it is very strong. Any suggestions?
The service representatives who have come to clean our carpets have always been respectful, polite and tried their best to meet our desires and expectations. Eric J who came to our home on February 15th was no different. He did an excellent job both on our carpets and on the one chair we had him clean. We enjoyed having him in our home to clean our carpets and make our home more presentable.
Paulo did a wonderful job. He was on time and very attentive and respectful.
I felt very comfortable having him in my home.

We appreciated the service given by Ben at our home. He explained every detail before performing the work and verified it was completed to our satisfaction before putting equipment away. As he reviewed his own work, he did re-do some stairs which he felt could be cleaner.

The technician did a good job getting a stain out of the carpet and explaining everything to us. It only took about 4 hours for our carpet to completely dry so that we could start moving furniture back into the rooms.
Professional workmanship and “empowered water.”
I especially like that you use water and not a lot of nasty chemicals to clean. I just had my white tile kitchen floor cleaned. The white grout was especially dirty, it was gray, but now nice and white again and had it sealed to keep it that way. You have a friendly service that shows up right when promised. Angelo was polite and worked hard to get the job done just right. I was very pleased. Thank you.

It was very adequate. The service was very nice.
First off, the service was fairly expensive for what we received. It was $120 for a short hallway, a 200 sq ft room, and a stair case. The pricing would seem more fair if it were based on square footage. Second, it was nice that they were done so quickly, but I felt they went too quickly. They should have given my carpets a bit more effort. Third, perhaps it was the truck mount, but the carpets seemed a bit too wet after they were done. I would have expected the wand to extract more water from the finished carpet. Overall, the technology seems like a great idea, but I was a bit disappointing in the final result.
Low Oder and fast drying great cleaning
Carpet dried fast and was soft not stiff.. Technician was thorough and knowledgeable. The carpets looked great. She was even able to remove rust stains.
The technician, Riley, did a great job, the carpet looks new again.
Spencer did a great job on our carpets. He was able to remove so many stains that I thought would not come out. He was fast and efficient and made it work around my carpool schedule. The only think I wasn't completely satisfied with was our rug. It is probably cleaner than it was, but there was not much noticeable difference. The rest of the carpets it was completely noticeable. Thanks Spencer for doing such a great job!

This Tech seemed to be in a hurry..not as good as my last one..needs to use the pre soak better..especially on heavy traffic area..give it time to work better..
