How professional it was
I was happy with the service and the guy who did it was very professional and nice. The only thing I would have liked was for him to leave an invoice with me. It was probably just an oversight and I should have asked for one. I would have liked to have had a copy of a paid invoice.
The man that came was very professional and personal. He also was very fast and efficient. He was wonderful to work with
We have used you guys three times now, and we just didn't feel like it was as good of a job this time. Our house smelled like cleaners after, which it usually doesn't, and even though the closet floors were cleared and accessible, they didn't all get cleaned.
ZEROREZ really cleans carpets! My butter yellow carpet always cleans up nicely.

First of all, the tile was covered In water. We were afraid that it would warp the wood cabinets and wood floor, which had water splashed around on it. So when the guy left, we hand toweled it dry. It was after that that we noticed that the tile machine left swirly designs on some of our tiles. I requested someone to just come look at it and tell us how to get it off. But they wouldn't. We didn't need it recleaned, as the grout looked good. We spent 2 days and bought 4 different cleaners before we could scrub the shapes out of the tile. It was a huge job on our part!

Zerorez cleaned our condo's carpets very satisfactory and quickly. I love the idea that harsh chemicals aren't used. They showed up when they said they would and that means a lot to me. I will definitely use them again.

The process does a great cleaning job
Just have your person let us know that we are not first person on the list would have been nice. We were told we might be first for the morning but it turned out your person shows up at noon so we were last for the day. Wasted a whole morning waiting around.
Appreciated the technician attempting to get most of the water out so it would dry faster.
You were great. My carpets just didn’t come as clean as I hoped they would, so in the end I should have just spent the money on new carpet. My carpet is only 4 years old and it was an expensive carpet so I thought cleaning it would do the trick.
I like that there are no harsh chemicals or soaps used. The carpet looks refreshed and feels softer

We like the simplicity of the chemical-free carpet cleaning.
The carpets look good, except we paid to have the very small hallway cleaned and that apparently doesn't include the two small closets in the hall way. So now when you open the closet, the carpet is brown in there. They were conveniently able to come the day after we received keys to our new house, but the 12-4 window ended up being 4 PM arrival.
The first time out the service was done the carpets seemed clean but couldn't really tell because we have dark carpets. After waiting for them to dry, I decided to run my Dyson canister vacuum over them. This is when I was surprised to see my canister filling up with dust and dirt even after the cleaning. The guarantee was 97% clean and this was not the 3% error factor. My carpets just were not as clean as I had expected. I did call the company and explained the situation. After a short conversation I was told that someone could come back out and do them again. This was okay but a huge inconvenience as I had taken the day off originally to get this done and I had all my furniture stacked up on my tile. I agreed to it hoping for the best. Angelo (I believe is who came out) he was shocked to see how much my vacuum had pulled up. He proceeded to go back over the areas multiple times and did a very thorough job. He worked very hard and was determined to get my carpets clean! After waiting for the carpets to dry I vacuumed again with minimal dirt in my canisters. I have to admit I am questioning having the rest of my house done as I am worried about having the same experience. The company did hold true to to their guaranteed satisfaction though and I appreciate that.
