The technicians were curteous, professional and worked hard to clean the carpet areas we needed to be cleaned. Our only concerns were that the carpeting was a bit wetter in places and took overnight to dry with fans on all night. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

We have been relying on ZeroRez for annual carpet, area rug, and tile cleaning for 10 years. We usually try to schedule about 4-6 weeks in advance, and it’s never been difficult to get an appointment on the desired day. There are email and text message reminders of the appointment. The technicians call 15-20 minutes ahead, arrive on time in a logo marked van, and are appropriately (neat and clean) dressed, personable, and professional. They are very careful with their equipment, use corner guards, and are very careful to avoid “overspray” with pre-cleaner and protectant. The equipment itself is very clean, and the technicians wear shoe covers the entire time. The cleaning process is efficient and thorough, with any special area cleaning requests addressed. Of course, there are offers for “extras” but we have never felt pressured to have add-ons. The nylon carpets and area rugs are dry on a Summer day within 4 hours. Carpets are left soft with no residue or chemical odor. We trust ZeroRez services, products, professionalism, and reliability. We are pleased to recommend ZeroRez.

Two fellows came to our home. One seemed to be in training, the other
was a tad rude to me when I was surprised that our living room counted
as two rooms. No other Zerorez worker has told me that. He acted like
I was being cheap since I considered not doing that room..."seriously?
it's only 33 bucks. Also, I understand they don't move furniture, but in
my closet, there was a very light-weight hamper and trash, which they
did not move and could easily have asked me to do it so they could have
gone all the way to the wall. Very frustrating.

The service folks who performed the work were great, but I should have been able up front to better estimate the cost of the service.

Your web site should spell out the dimensional definition of a "room", what is the cost for stairs, walk in closets, etc. If this exists on your web site, it is hiding very well.

Again, I have no problems with the service, but there should be no surprises on costs. The customer should be able to estimate within 5% the cost of service before scheduling the service.

There was a leak in the hose that left dirty water on my hardwood floor between the rooms that were cleaned.

Normally when Carpet cleaning is done, the atmosphere feels dust free and clean

We didn’t get that feeling with the process that was used.

Also, not pleased with the cleaning process used for Fabric chair and the 3-rugs.

Richard worked very hard and conscientiously. We could see, he has pride in his work and represented himself very Professionally.

However, we are not pleased with the cleaning technique used by your company.

I love that the carpets can be cleaned without soaps or chemicals! No smells of cleaners to clear out. The technicians were very friendly and did a great job!

You followed through, came when you said you would and did a great job, even a few extras. And the carpet dried in one day.

They were professional from the start. They keep in touch from the initial phone call until the service rep arrived. The tech, Conrad, was very service oriented and thorough. I was happy enough with the service that I booked Zerorez to come back and do the rest of the house.

I’m happy with the way my carpet and couch turned out. This was a way more positive experience than my last one.

I misunderstood that cleaning my car was 80$ a ROW not for the whole car. And I found it misleading that the salesman that scheduled my appointment didn't mention that the standard Zerorez cleaning is not strong enough to removed biological material. I told him it was to clean my baby twins nursery (and I asked him a lot of questions about removing the cribs and timing of naps, etc) - at which point I would have expected him to volunteer the information that it would be another 50$ to get the baby spit up/poop/baby-formula out of the carpet. So hearing that the standard cleaning just wasn't strong enough to clean out that carpet and that it would be "ineffective" unless I paid another 50$ was a surprise. And not the happy kind!

then the cleaner-man told me my car would also need the biological treatment if there were food spilled in it. Now - the salesman/scheduler knew I had baby twins and a minivan. (I have three kids in elementary school besides - who do spill food in addition to the twins who spill cheerios and crackers. But I don't think I told the salesman that.). I would assume he would know that I would most likely have food particles in my car and "need the biological treatment". this salesman said he used to be a cleaner-man for Zerorez and he knew what they did. hence, I expected a full discloser from him on treatments and price.

At that point, the cleaner-man said again to us, if I wanted my car really clean AND deodorized, I would have to choose the biological treatment. So, what the salesman quoted me for the job was woefully low.

My husband said to me at the end, when we paid double what we anticipated, "I don't like their business model. Quote us the basic rate - knowing that the add-ons would be necessary but not tell us about them or their price. Let's go with a different green company. This is unsatisfactory."

So - to make it right - I would like the money for the 2 biological treatments back. We paid 90$ for them combined.

Big mess? No problem! Zerorez cleans like there is no tomorrow and it still smells fresh...even tomorrow!

The carpet cleaner didn’t leave a residue or leave the carpet feeling crunchy. The representative didn’t try to up sell me and informed me of my options prior and during cleaning to get the best result.
