I feel like my carpets are really clean.

There are spots on the rug of one room that was not there before it was cleaned. One of the spots is in the shape of that wide green bristle brush that she used. the rug is a beige color and this stain/spot looks to be gold color. I waited for the rugs to dry before I submitted my comment. the spots didn't appear until the rug was dry.

When the tech left he told me that all the dark grout would dry light within a few hours. That did not happen.
All the edges of the flooring in the kitchen, laundry room, and bathroom , and in front of the refrigerator, were not cleaned. The edges are bad. The small amount of tile that wraps up in the master bedroom 1/2 bath was never touched (tile baseboard). It looks absolutely terrible. Especially when it adjoins the cleaned tile.
It is evident that nothing was cleaned that required manual cleaning.

My carpet is still very wet after over 40 hours. The young boy who did my carpet was in such a hurry and told me he had two more jobs before he was finished for the day and this was at 2:00ish.

I heard your advertisement today about 3 things that make you different than other carpet cleaning companies. 1. The technician puts on foot coverings instead of tracking more dirt into my house. The technician walked all through my home without them, however did put them on when he began to clean the carpets. 2. You put corner covers on to not damage the baseboards. This did not happen so I just assumed you didn't provide that service. And 3. You put a fan in the rooms to expedite the drying. This also did not happen.
So the 3 things you take pride in doing, did not happen in my experience and I wouldn't have known about them if I hadn't heard your commercial with KSL radio. The first 2 items were the most important to me. The technician was very nice though.

I was charger $650.00 to clean my carpets this time, which was outrageous. The rooms might have measured a little bit big but I didn’t move most of my furniture so there certainly weren’t more extra feet to clean. I have been a customer of Zerorez for years but I simply can’t afford to have you clean my carpets at that price. I have NEVER had to pay that much in the past. I cannot recommend you to others as I have in the past.

The carpet took 2 days before we could put furniture back. Need to vacuum up more water with truck mount. Carpet looks good but took too long to dry even with windows open to circulate air during the day

This experience with zerorez was night and day compared to my last experience with a different carpet cleaning company. We were so impressed and pleased with the service!
