They did a great job! My carpets look beautiful.
Great service and my carpets look like new. I had my carpets installed in 2007 and haven't been cleaned since installation. I was to afraid to have them cleaned because the carpets seem to never be the same. I was so pleased with the results and now will have the cleaned on a more regular basis.
Price was perfect and Conrad was very polite and professional.

The staff was very friendly, and the servuce very professional. My carpets looked like new adter they finished cleaning them. I am a happy customer and I will have them come again.

I waited 4 hours for someone to come. I would like a person to be at my home when I make an appointment time. When you sent someone else he came and did a great job. The best I have ever had. The gentleman was great. Cleanest I have ever had. Just need to wo;rk on your appointment system.

They were quick and efficiently. They did a great job. One time the tech didn’t go into the door frames with the cleaner almost like he wanted to cut corners. But this time they went all the way into all the door frames of the rooms that I wasn’t having cleaned.

Great work. Love the technicians who come to my home. They are professional and personable. My carpets don't have that stiff feel after they dry and there is no "wonky" smell.
