On time, professional, quick - but thorough, courteous, right price!

You've cleaned my carpets at least 5 times and always did a wonderful job. The technicians showed up an hour early and for the area they needed to clean it always took them at least 2 hours. They spent a little more than 1 hour and I was really shocked when they said they were done. I asked if they could clean the couch in my master bedroom and they said "No problem" and didn't clean it. Just kind of disappointed. They left a lot of spots and all of the areas look like once over is good. The stairs weren't clean either. Ann Last name removed

Not have small area rugs at entrances to the houses be an additional charge when the large carpet areas are done.

The techs that came out were awesome! They were very professional and explained everything to me. They informed me about some additional items that I could take advantage of which I did. They were quick but very thorough. They walked through everything with me before they left to make sure I was completely satisfied. I will request these 2 again next my carpets need cleaned and have already referred several family members and friends.

Zane was very polite and professional. Carpets cleaned up well and there was no residue left. My only complaint was that he arrived quite a bit later because the previous appointment took extra time.

My carpet looks wonderful and the person that came was very friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. He did a great job, except there were a few stains that did not come up.

Also I feel that I was charged for one too many rooms. The main room was over the 200 limit. so I was charged for an extra room. I feel with all the furniture that was left in the rooms, the actual area cleaned should be what I am charged for not how big the room is.

I love Zerorez. I'm noticing, however, each time they come they try to push more and more "upgrades". I just want my carpets cleaned. If I want protectant, I'll get it. If not, they try to convince me I'm making a big mistake.

They noticed some "body fluid" stains on my daughter's carpet (she has thrown up in her room) and he went into a detailed description of the way they would need to treat the spot, and possibly the padding. I just wanted my carpet cleaned--not an analysis of every stain in every room. I'm not keeping my carpet indefinitely, and life happens so there will be stains. Please don't complicate the process!

Overall it was fine. Should not have done the pet treatment in the one room as it was opening a pandora’s box of way more than I wanted to deal with. Instead of using your high price remedy I’m doing the clean up myself with a less expensive product. The carpet will eventually be replaced anyway.

The carpet fibers aren't stiff when the carpet dries like some other carpet cleaning business. It seems that stains don't come back.
