Employee was very helpful. Our carpets haven't been cleaned for a couple of years, and we have had a puppy in the meantime. I expected to see our carpets look a bit brighter, but they didn't. We had a couple of stained areas, and they didn't lessen either. It was more expensive to use you, but I feel I could have used a cheaper alternative with the same results.

The young man who cleaned our carpet, I believe his name was Ben (?), gave us the impression he really did not like his job and it showed in the way he did the cleaning. We have had some very good carpet cleaners in the past. I was very disappointed in his attitude.
