The technician was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained the recommended treatments very clearly. I didnt see any opportunities with his customer service. My only concern had to do with the final product. We bought our home 2 years ago and based on the advertisement on the radio, I was expecting the carpets to look just as new. The cleaning did help on many hard to clean areas, but I feel that the result was the same as when I use my unprofessional experience and go rent a carpet cleaner from a retail store and do it myself. Maybe the benefits will be shown over time? I just feel I paid a premium for something I could've done myself and had the same results. Thanks

The carpet is not as clean as I imagined it to be.
My technician was very professional and courteous. He worked very hard on the leather furniture I had cleaned and took the time to do a great job and pay attention to detail. I was very impressed with his work ethic and the final product!

Javier (Hasa) was on time. I had an 8 AM to 11:30 AM appointment window. I would have liked a call the evening before advising of the 8 AM arrival time. I had 15 minutes scramble to be ready. Javier was polite, respectful and efficient. This is my second time using Zerorez, I would appreciate either a Senior Discount, an AARP Discount or a frequent customer discount. Otherwise I recommend Zerorez as “Five Star”.
I like the idea that no harsh chemical residue is left in my home. I also like that the technicians are clean cut and friendly!
The last person that cleaned my carpets on Friday November 1st was really quick at the job, I don’t believe my carpets are as nice looking as they have been in the past.
I have used Zerorez for over 5 years now. The drying time is minimal. No chemicals are used in the cleaning process. Those cleaning the carpet are personable and are willing to "do over" if you notice a spot that needs it.
He was quick and efficient even after a set back!
We didn’t think Zerorez was any better or different than other carpet cleaning companies we or family members have used in the past. We felt he didn’t take very much time in each room and left the carpets wetter than usually have. Not sure I would use Zerorez again.

I loved the services done, carpet cleaning and tile cleaning.
I received a call to let me know the service person would be here in about 30 minutes. Taylor, the service person, called when she was on her way and would be arriving in 15 minutes. She was very pleasant and informative. Really enjoyed having a young lady do the work at my house.
I am a little disappointed at how the upstairs carpet turned out. It is a little lighter in color and didn't clean as well as it had before, not sure why and not sure it could have been any better.
It had been quite a long time since I had my bedroom carpet cleaned. I was surprised by how clean it was afterwards; not like new but better than expected. Thanks so much, Hunter and Zeroez.

Zerorez is my new carpet cleaner of choice, due to the great experience I had with Caleb Jensen!! He was professional, a great communicator, and just such a nice guy, that I ended up doing the whole house! My original order was for the minimum $108, but he started working and the carpets looked so good. Then when we were talking he recommended I do the rest of the house to retain the life of the carpet and avoid needing to replace the carpets sooner. He was easy to talk to... and I actually trusted that he was telling me the truth! I don't often feel that way when someone tries to upsell me, so this was definitely exceptional!
