Always have great communication and always a top notch job.
I like that the carpets are cleaned without leaving residue.
STOP the up sell tactics. The guys sent out were too aggressive with trying to squeeze more out of our job than necessary. He said "would you work for free?" Really??? He came up after closing every blind in my house and said "we need to treat few pet stains in your carpet" I was on a phone call and waved him on with a thumbs up. Then I thought "I better ask him how much are you charging for pet stains when I had pet stains treated few carpet cleanings back. He said "$700" and "that a deal" Seriously? Again he asks "I am working for free here" I about threw him out of my house. I spent the morning moving furniture and said "just clean what your here to clean" Unbelievable!! Too much up sell and bad attitude. You lost my business!!!!
Customer service was excellent, had a couple questions and they were very responsive.
Upon arrival, your technicians John and Colton assessed our needs thoroughly and answered all of our questions. They completed cleaning our carpets in a timely manner. They were courteous and professional. We would highly recommend Zerorez!

Your professionalism in your services. You fair pricing. The product you use is non smelling and dries quickly. No residues to attract more dirt and stains.
No messy or toxic residue, but still cleaner and fresher. Dried faster than I expected with less problems, even in the winter. Organized, good communication, reliable, professional, kind, respectful, kind clarity upfront. The employees are helpful. The person who came to clean really put decent effort into cleaning even though our carpets are old, and had good advice, and yet he still was thorough and timely. Very happy with this service.
The technician who cleaned my carpets was very friendly and personable. He was a pleasure to work with. He worked fast and did a tremendous job!
I liked the constant communication from the technician and Zerorez. The technician called me to say they had finished the job earlier and could arrive earlier. When the technician arrived there was a broken hose. He let me know exactly how long it would be to replace the hose, the drive, and back from the drive. The job was exceptional

No chemicals, no soap
Brigham, our tech was on time, explained the entire process, gave us multiple options. In the end there were no surprises. Our carpet looks fantastic and feels even better. It really rejuvenated our carpets.

My technician, Brigham, was great! My only concern is that more than 24 hours later parts of my carpet and my stairs are still pretty wet. But other than that, I am very happy with my service
They weren’t able to get the stain out after two tries but every other time we’ve had you come you’ve done a great job.
We like the no chemicals were used to clean our carpets. The person who came was friendly and efficient. He cleaned our carpets and even though we needed an additional room cleaned he made good use of his time and the carpets look beautiful. We were impressed.

Zerorez might be the same as any other carpet cleaning service, and maybe I should expect all the add on expenses to actually clean and disinfect my carpets. But I feel like there should be less selling you more services and more cleaning. I would rather have the “normal” pet stains and other stains part of the service. As well as the application of the stain resistant chemical that needs to be reapplied after the factory application is “cleaned out” of my relatively new (3yr old) carpet. All of these items were suggested by the workman before they started the job. Had I added these cleaning services it would have been an extra $180 or double what I had expected to pay based on the number of rooms. Just let the customer know what choices are available for these “extra” services and how much each will cost ahead of time.
Two people came both were very nice. Worked together and did a great job in no time at all.
Scheduling was simple, pricing was straight forward and easy to understand, Service was delivered on time as expected by friendly professional gentlemen. We even had a snow storm that day and I expected that there would be a delay for the technicians to arrive but they came as scheduled. My one bit of negative feedback would be that I recall seeing a statement that I would receive a call to confirm products and pricing after i scheduled online but i never did receive that phone call. If you do not intend to call maybe remove that language.

The carpet was still damp 20 hours later and the carpet is still Steffens and shows marks where it was cleaned. This has never happened before
I emailed Zerorez the day after to complain about some damage that occurred while their employee did our carpets. I have had zero response! Very frustrated and not likely to use or recommend again at this point.
Your radio advertisement on KSL said we could have 4 rooms for the price of 3 if we scheduled on Monday or Tuesday of this week. We actually had the equivalent of 9 rooms but were told that we would only get one free room. We should have gotten one free room for each 3 that we paid for.
You should have made that clear when we scheduled. If we had known, we would have scheduled you to come on two different days, which would have been less convenient for you.
Other than that, we were pleased. Mitch did a good job and was good to work with.
We're interested to see how long the carpets stay clean. We hope they'll last longer, as advertised.
