The two techs that came back to address some concerns I had with the initial cleaning were wonderful! Clean cut, honest, knowledgable and thorough! Very nice polite young man but he came closer to 1:00 pm and not between 8 and 11:30.
I had requested the earlier the better for us and I was told they would put that in the notes.
It would have been helpful if we had received a call saying - you are last on the list or first or whatever so we weren't waiting the entire morning.
I think he did a great job once he got here.
