I didn't realize the carpets would be so wet after cleaning, they turned out very nice though.

Overall was pleased, but you do need to get new containers for disinfectant; it dripped as the cleaner was carrying it through the house. It was a hectic morning so i wasn't able to follow up with him at the end to check everything. A couple of stains not completely gone; understandable, they'd been there for a long time. I just wish he'd taken the time to communicate that he'd done the best he could on them.
I liked that Conrad took the time to walk through the areas we wanted clean to make sure he knew the areas that needed extra attention. Our carpets look great!

The only problem was that I scheduled the cleaning in the mornings (8:00 - 11:00 a.m.) He didn't come until 1:00 p.m. I did receive a call about 11:30 saying that he would not arrive for about 45 minutes. He finished around 3 p.m. I ended up having to take the whole day off instead of a half a day of work. It would have helped to know that there was someone scheduled before me so I could have worked the morning.
I will definitely use Zerorez again. I'll just plan my day differently.

over the phone you gave me an estimate of 135$, Stating the bathrooms for tile would be about $40 dollars!! The man I talked with said an average bathroom is 10 sq ft, I knew mine would be more, I also figured my hall would be more. The young man gets hear and tells me it would be first $274, then went down to $250 which is still almost double. I did figure it might get up to 150-160$. I believe it is a dishonest business practice to tell a customer the ave size of a bathroom is 10 sq ft, even my small bathroom is not 10 sq ft. Then to low ball an estimate with such an outrageous difference in what I was charge you have to know you are doing just that, giving a very very low estimate. I honestly believed all my bathroom except the master would be considered average size. I also believe you may low ball estimates intentionally, after all you give us a 4 hour window that we wait for you to come, taking up hours in my day, so that by the time you arrive your belief is no one wants to wait and reschedule with someone else. I consider this an extremely poor and dishonest business practice. Also I now have a bedroom that the carpet bubbled up, which it Was Not in that condition before!! So what can you do to make this right, refund me $100 dollars and come have the bedroom carpet stretched back to its previous condition.

Conrad, our technician, did an exceptionally good job. He was able to remove several stains that had defied the efforts of previous carpet cleaning services--including Zerorez. He was courteous and very thorough in his work.
