The service was very good. No complaints there. My complaint is with how you determine what makes a "room". When the technician got here, he informed us that he'd have to add two rooms to the price because two of our rooms were larger than the square footage allowance for a room. I really could understand that. However, we asked about a couple of very tiny rooms that we had that were literally like 4 feet of carpet to clean and he said that that didn't matter.
It seems to me that there are two ways to define a room. One is by the square footage and the other would be an area that's enclosed by four walls. Zerorez seems to use whichever is most beneficial to the company in terms of pricing on a room-by-room basis. I could get behind either definition, but when you use both to the 100% advantage of the company and at the expense of the customer, that just feels wrong to me. I'd recommend going by an overall square footage or if you have a bigger room at least allow your techs to throw the customer a bone by saying "well I'm supposed to upcharge this room because it's so large, but given that you have basically a closet as another room, I'll let it go". That seems to me a better way to gain loyalty. The current method feels like you're nickel and diming me, only it's a whole lot of nickels and dimes.
I'd heard Zerorez's commercials for years and because of that, you were the only company I called when I needed carpet cleaning. I wanted so much to love it and to be a loyal customer, but based on the pricing method I'd say there's a better than average chance that I'll shop around the next time I need it. That's too bad too because, again, I wanted to love it.

My downstairs carpet looks great but my upstairs looks patchy. It is probably just my carpet but it really doesn’t look any better than before and I paid for the extra protectant. Not with 400 bucks.

Jacob said that he would be here for 45 minutes or so. It looks like based on the receipt we got emailed that he was here for about 25 minutes to clean 3 rooms and our stairs to the basement. I guess that is the standard protocol and it is normal to clean that much surface area in that short of time then that is okay but it kind of felt short to me. The story I started telling myself is that he was just doing it quickly because we were the last job for the day and he wanted to get out of there but hey, that doesn't mean it's true. Some spots were thoroughly cleaned and other spots seemed like they were just "gone over". Not too satisfied with the overall cleaning but the carpets are old and I wasn't expecting magic. the technician that came out to do our carpets was very informative is formative helpful and very knowledgeable plus he did a very good job cleaning apps teens that had you needed to be clean for a long time he was also honest with pricing and he was he didn't try to upsell there was no pressure to bring anything and it was such a relief to know that I my type budget I could finally get some things in my house taking care of. thanks

I realize the afternoon window appointment time was 11:30 to 4; however, when I called at 1:30 to see if I could get an ETA, the dispatcher could not give me one. The technician did not show up until 3:30. More accurate scheduling would be extremely helpful.

Zero Rez is my very favorite way to clean my carpets and upholstery! They don’t use any chemicals, it dries super quickly, and it looks amazing! The staff is always super friendly and helpful. When we got our couch cleaned recently, the employee walked me through the whole process, and didn’t leave until he had done a really thorough job. He was amazing!

I have never had a problem and i feel like my carpets are clean. However this last service the technician said my carpets would dry in 8 hours. It has been two days and there are still wet areas. It took 36 hours for most areas to dry.
The technician explained the process and gave option for the best service.

They were able to get me an appointment quickly and same day service. The technician was a pleasure to work with and very friendly. I'm very pleased. I bought a new house and the basement carpets were extremely dirty. They look brand new. Thank you!!
