First, the tech tried to upsell things from the start. I realize that he is only doing what he had been trained to do. So, that is more on the company than him. Next, the pre-treatment sprayer had an electrical short or malfunction, which kept tripping the breaker, even when we tried sockets in two different rooms.
Lastly, he didn't even take the wet carpet before he left. If raking is not your policy, it ought to be. It left my carpet looking terrible. Never again will I use zerorez.

Seems like a new technology. The professional carpet cleaning business needed some renovation finally. I also liked that the person who cleaned our carpets had great social skills and seemed a little trendy. Haha! That just makes me feel like I'm hiring someone who is on the cutting edge. He was easy to work with. I loved that he sent pictures to me of his progress. It was super helpful to see all the dog hair he got out of our carpets! So I feel very confident that our carpets got cleaned super well.

Dried fast

When I asked the tech how long it would take to dry he said it would take 6-8 hous....15 hrs later and the carpet is still wet and the house smells like wet carpet. We had to get a box fan and move it around to help it dry and hopefully we did it soon enough so we dont have mold now under our carpets. I dont know if he used too much water or just didnt actually know how long it takes to dry but not super happy with that.

Did a great job of cleaning the carpets, friendly and being oN time. I wish the carpet dried a little faster. It took almost 24 hours but the Loki beauty.

I'm not happy about being up sold. And didn't feel like I got my monies worth. Since we already paid to have the pet solution added anyway.
