Zerorez has always been on time, friendly, and does an amazing job. The technicians are knowledgeable and work hard. My couch and carpets look brand new again. I will always use Zerorez for future cleaning needs.
Our phone conversations of the past day or two should be sufficient. We are pleased with the result, and Austin was most professional. However, the attempt to upsell us after his arrival was unethical. We are disappointed in the approach. Our feelings have nothing to do with the increased price, but with the fact that this was not revealed at the time the appointment was set.

I didn’t appreciate the last minute up-sale. Our estimate for carpet cleaning was $188 but the bill came in at $288. The difference was a $100 up-sale by the cleaner for some carpet protectant add on. This wasn’t an option presented when setting the appointment and getting an estimate online. This seems intentional to get in the door with a low price and apply pressure for a snap decision to spend 50% more.

My carpets are very crusty and I feel like all the cleaners were here to do was up sell me. You advertise $99 and I spent over $500 and my pet smells are still here and actually worse. the carpet looks matted down and I’m pretty sure all they did was spread the dog smell even worse. I could have just re-carpeted for what I spent!

My experience with Zerorez was great! The technician called me when he was on his way so I could be ready when he arrived. . He was very respectful of my home wearing protective shoe covers and he listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. He did a fantastic job and did a walk through with me when he was finished to make sure I was satisfied with his work. I would definitely use Zerorez to clean my carpets again!
Carpet looks & feels clean & soft, not crunchy. Technician was friendly & fast. Only problem was removing some water residue from other laminate areas left by the hose.

I already called about this earlier today. I am frustrated and disappointed that I paid almost $500, with $250 of that for pet spot removal, and all of the spots are still there. I feel like the treatment was oversold and that it was never mentioned that, following the treatment, the stains would ALL STILL REMAIN. That was only explained to me over the phone today AFTER I had paid all that money for the extra treatment above and beyond my cleaning. I have recommended Zerorez to many neighbors in the past, but I won't be doing so any more, and I won't be returning as a customer.

Honestly the customer service was great. I had no problems with the cleaning. I think the price is a bit pricey -otherwise no complaints.
