I think the carpets dried very quickly and look like new!! However the Zerorez van leaked oil on my driveway. He did ask if he could park in the driveway, which I appreciate. But get your vans fixed!!

My carpets did not look clean. They went to fast cleaning them and did not do a good job. I don’t feel like I would want them to come back out again to do them it would just be a waste of my time. I was moving into the basement and wanted them clean before I moved all my furniture in. I mainly would just like a refund.

clean and pet spot treatment
I was very happy that the company was able to schedule and complete the requested service within a couple of days of my call. The young man who completed the service was very good about answering my questions and explaining the method and result of the service. The only additional thing I could have hoped for is that my hardwood floors would have been protected a bit better from moisture, the solution, and tracking. However, no lasting harm was done, as far as I can see. Thanks for the service! It was expensive, but worth it.
The two young gentlemen that did the cleaning were polite and professional. The carpets look great after.
