Great job at a fair price.
Zerorez might be the same as any other carpet cleaning service, and maybe I should expect all the add on expenses to actually clean and disinfect my carpets. But I feel like there should be less selling you more services and more cleaning. I would rather have the “normal” pet stains and other stains part of the service. As well as the application of the stain resistant chemical that needs to be reapplied after the factory application is “cleaned out” of my relatively new (3yr old) carpet. All of these items were suggested by the workman before they started the job. Had I added these cleaning services it would have been an extra $180 or double what I had expected to pay based on the number of rooms. Just let the customer know what choices are available for these “extra” services and how much each will cost ahead of time.
Two people came both were very nice. Worked together and did a great job in no time at all.
Scheduling was simple, pricing was straight forward and easy to understand, Service was delivered on time as expected by friendly professional gentlemen. We even had a snow storm that day and I expected that there would be a delay for the technicians to arrive but they came as scheduled. My one bit of negative feedback would be that I recall seeing a statement that I would receive a call to confirm products and pricing after i scheduled online but i never did receive that phone call. If you do not intend to call maybe remove that language.
Fast and efficient. Carpet looks new!
The carpet was still damp 20 hours later and the carpet is still Steffens and shows marks where it was cleaned. This has never happened before
I emailed Zerorez the day after to complain about some damage that occurred while their employee did our carpets. I have had zero response! Very frustrated and not likely to use or recommend again at this point.
Your radio advertisement on KSL said we could have 4 rooms for the price of 3 if we scheduled on Monday or Tuesday of this week. We actually had the equivalent of 9 rooms but were told that we would only get one free room. We should have gotten one free room for each 3 that we paid for.
You should have made that clear when we scheduled. If we had known, we would have scheduled you to come on two different days, which would have been less convenient for you.
Other than that, we were pleased. Mitch did a good job and was good to work with.
We're interested to see how long the carpets stay clean. We hope they'll last longer, as advertised.

Your radio add isn't accurate. You can't say 3 rooms for $99 and then charge 114. You add 15 for "water something..." which should be in the $99 or say so in the add.

It was easy to set up the appointment. They did a good job cleaning our carpets.
They are coming today for a 2nd try. They did not use the correct tools for tile and it looks awful. I don't have time to do this twice.
No harsh detergents, quicker drying time, efficient and friendly staff
I think the cost addition for pet cleaning is too much. I’ve worked with other carpet cleaners and that’s my concern. The crew was great, they did a great job.

I was very happy with how it looked and it was a little concerned with the lines and they came back and took care of it completely very happy. Rich was a great person to work with I would recommend you to anyone that needs the carpet cleaned. Thank you you guys are awesome
Because I only needed two small rooms done, i did not meet the minimum - would have liked to just pay a fee; instead had to get protective coating - A spray/mist that went on the carpet after the cleaning that made the carpet wet and crunchy. Took more than three days for one room to dry. I have never had my carpets cleaned before so i don't know what to expect but that all seems like a lot of “rez” left on the carpet to me.
Technician was nice though.

Your tech was very good. We have had my area rugs clean before and they are getting older. They look brand new! He was terrific and amazing. Zero razz is the only ones I will ever call! Name removed
We've discussed it a few times and I wanted to give my feedback. I had them come do my tile in December and it was actually a terrible job and VERY expensive. Then I had a really hard time getting it resolved, they immediately told me they would come redo it which was a relief, but we had a hard time connecting. They came and redid it and it still is not great. It's better than it was, but not worth what I paid for it. I had them do a bathroom awhile back to see if I wanted to pay the dollar per square foot on the whole house. It was so good back then that I decided it was worth the money. But it just simply hasn't been good this time around. It's not something I would pay for again. Inconsistent results. Some of the grout looks fantastic and some of it looks terrible, so it's more noticeable than when it all looked terrible.
I like the technology of the carpet cleaning. I will try that again in the future. I've had it done I think 3 times. Once was awesome, once was terrible and if there was a third time I don't remember. But since I like the no residue part I would try that again which is why my score is 7. I wouldn't recommend it for tile. Thank you

We like the no chemicals were used to clean our carpets. The person who came was friendly and efficient. He cleaned our carpets and even though we needed an additional room cleaned he made good use of his time and the carpets look beautiful. We were impressed.
