Brigham did an amazing job explaining each service. I was very pleased with the results!

It was very expensive and I felt we were blindsided by not being able to use our 2 coupons we received when we had you come last time and your machine had broken and we had to reschedule. We could only use one $20. coupon. Also it was pay for 3 rooms and get one free. We have used you for 9 years at this address. We weren't able to count our hall for the additional room so we didn't even receive a free room.

If I was to use you again I would definitely call and not book online. We have plenty of rooms that could have been cleaned.

I was very dissapointed in the $214.00 for 2 bedrooms, one with a king size bed so just around the bed, a living room, and an empty bedroom and a hall. Way to much for such a small job.

I was just amazed that our chairs came clean, they were absolutely filthy. The technician did a wonderful job and was very professional.

Not sure that the price I was charged matched the advertisement of 3 room at $99, 4th room free and then some stairs. Haven't seen a receipt or final statement but it came in higher than what I thought it was supposed to be.

Your team is always prompt. They let you know if your carpet has any problems. This last time, because we have very light carpet, they suggested a spray to help keep residue from staining the carpet. They have cleaned our carpets for several years and have been very satisified.

I’m just not overly impressed with how clean my carpet got. We have a high traffic area in our front room that I was expecting to at least look clean and it really didn’t come that clean at all. The carpets only 2 years old so I didn’t think it would still look dirty after the cleaning. There’s also a lot of little spots that I’m seeing that I’m still having to take a spot cleaner to. This wasn’t cheap and I definitely thought it would get cleaner then it did.
