Alex, we are sorry you feel that way. No mention was made of Pet Biological concerns when the appointment was made. So no pet treatments were discussed. Your wife did approve the extra pet treatments.
Carpets feel soft and smell fresh and look cleaner than they've been in a long time!
The Technicians were very friendly and helpful. They made the bedrooms look like new and our high traffic areas look great.

However, when we called and made the initial quote you ended up doing more than what we had asked for and charging an extra $50 - $60. Next time, please let us know if something is additional from an initial quote and how much it will cost for the extra service.
I called and had an appointment the next day! They did quick work, were honest, and answered any questions I had.
There are still spots on my living room carpet. They seemed to be in a hurry.

As l on gas the tech takes the time to extract carpet after cleaning, I think it’s an excellent service.

Zerorez did an excellent job on our carpets and couches. The service was done quickly for as much as we had done. The young man who came to our house was a hard worker and very positive. (I wish I remembered his name so I could send his name out there!) I give this company a high recommendation.
