Your technician was very nice.

Really only one thing. Take the tip feature off of the information when we pay. Perhaps I have missed it but this is the first time I have seen it and I just think they come and do their job for what we have paid and no mention of the tip. It almost makes me not want to use the service anymore. I'll have to think. I like just paying for the services that I want and that is it. The person helping me did not pressure me to tip him but it came up and there was pressure because he was standing right there and even though he said don't feel pressure to tip it is still there. I didn't like that this time. I thought he did a great job and would have given him a 10 but the tip feature you have put on the payment process is not good so I knocked it down a few.

The guys who came were very professional, and it was easy to talk to them. They walked through the house with us making sure that all of our needs would be taken care of to our satisfaction, even when we added a few additional items. They worked quickly and efficiently, and gave us an overview at the end. We love the results!

More aggressive pricing would not bother me

I have had my carpets cleaned by zero-rez for several years and have been pleased each time.

Technician was knowledgeable and explained the process. Was very thorough on job and didn't overcharge.
