Michael was great. He was fast and friendly. He arrived late because you were short on technicians (from what we were told) which really messed up our day but we’re sympathetic. We were credited a free room for the delay. We’re happy with the cleaning overall.

I like the representative and the carpet was cleaned well. There was one spot that was missed but they were very quickly came back and took care of that.
ZeroRez does a great job! Our carpets looked great! And their employee that came out was cordial, nice, he explained what he was going to do, and listened to the areas of concern.
