Zerorez did a fantastic job for us. In 16 years, we had NEVER had the carpet in our basement professionally cleaned. Needless to say, Zerorez had their work cut our for them. They were more than up to the task. Their workers were very professional, and they did a fanstastic job!
None of the stains in the house were removed or even lightened. Not sure what I paid for.

I filled out this survey already and have not been contacted regarding my complaint. To request I fill out another survey is redundant and candidly very irritating. While I would allow your company an opportunity to make things right, the delay or the disingenuous “we want to hear from you” approach without a timely response is worse than the original poor service.

How clean my carpet is. I especially liked the pet disinfectant, it really took the smell as well as the color out of my carpet. And lived the deodorizer!!
When my stairs dried, they have left streaks on it so they are off color, not sure why they did that. Otherwise it would have been a 10 because the rest of the area looked great.

Zerorez is AWESOME!!! We just moved into a townhome and wanted our carpets done before moving in and it was perfect. Super thorough but also quick!! We will definitely use zerorez next time we need carpet cleaning.

We had an issue that ZR had to come back for. They did and we solved it, but it was inconvenient.
We like how the carpet looks after you clean it. We like that their is not smell to you cleaning solution. You service men are polite and nice to work with.
If you have returned to a customer for a call back service, follow up with a phone call to make sure customer is satisfied.

I like the fact that no chemical residues are left in my carpet. Ever since I found out about your product several years ago I've never even considered going back to the traditional cleaning chemicals. My carpet always dries faster and smells cleaner.
Caleb was a real professional and worked hard and fast. I could tell he was well schooled in the cleaning process. I don't think he saw me watching as he carefully moved his hoses back and forth around our newly painted areas. He deserves a raise!
Not very satisfied with the results. Paid over $500 for tile to be cleaned and a couple areas still appear to need additional cleaning.
I'm very pleased with the work Mitchell did to get my carpets cleaned. Every step was explained. There was no chemical smell. I will definitely call and have Zerores clean my carpets again.
I am not impressed with your inability to clean carpet. Your system has no ability whatsoever to remove stains. Carpet in the den looks worse than before. I was charged an extra $89 for and area rug and it looks exactly the same. Carpets took 18 ours to dry. I will use another carpet cleaning service next time.
Give the individual who is cleaning the authority to use their best judgment in charging for cleaning extra areas.
Example, we had five rooms cleaned and we didn’t move the large furniture out of the room. We had a small hallway that we asked if it could be included in the cleaning. It was 3x8 feet that connected two of the rooms to be cleaned. He said that we had to be charged for it. That small area was less than the area they didn’t have to clean because of the large furniture in most of the rooms.

I really thought the young gentleman that did our whole house did a great job. Next time I would like him to come back. the next day the carpets look good and by Saturday is was even better after we cleaned.
Carpet cleaned up nicely
