The stains are still there. It still smells like pet order. I had no idea hoses were involved. Nobody made me aware. So he had to park in my neighbor's spot to reach my condo. It was done surprisingly fast.

Quick and thorough.
I needed a UV Lamp replaced and Zerorez was able to come the same day and put the replacement lamp in.
The technician wore a mask, some gloves and also foot covers.

I absolutely would recommend Zerorez to anyone! After listening to radio ads a few times I decided to break from my traditional cleaner and give Zerorez a try. Boy am I glad I did! I have never had such a clean feel to our 20 year old carpets. They dried quickly and I have no qualms about letting my infant grandaughters crawl around. Carpets look beautiful and I'm very happy with the results.
We have used zero Rez before in the past and have been very pleased. This time around I’m not sure why it was so different. There are still stains in the carpet that we thought would come right out. We just moved in and wanted to get a nice fresh start with clean carpets. They are cleaner then they were before I’m sure. It took over 24 hours to dry after being told it would be 12 hours. The tech was very nice and quick maybe the hurry was the downfall from being able to spend time on stains to get them out
