The cleaning was good but the carpet took a long time to dry. Also the price for the stairs and hallway was kind of high making my final cost a lot more than expected.

I have always been extremely happy with my carpets after Zerorez cleans them.
Most of my carpet stains were still present the same day they came. I am frustrated that I paid the amount I did to not have the carpet stains out.
After the carpets were clean the hallway felt stiff and like it has something on it still. Almost like it wasn't cleaned, besides that the other rooms were good.
They don’t leave a residue and dry quickly. Our technician was fantastic too!
I was a little disappointed that the carpet didn't look alot cleaner afterwords and I still smell some pet odors after paying almost 400$ I'll probably just do it myself next time !

We went back over the carpets with our own carpet cleaner and the floors were still very dirty. It was amazing to me how fast Zerorez cleaned the area. Now I feel they didn't clean at all.

My carpets are not nearly as clean as I expected, there are several areas that seem no better than before cleaning. I might have considered that an issue with the area being cleaned, but Angelo (the cleaner), didn't seem to care at all about the quality of job he did. After inspecting the first area he worked on I found at least a dozen profoundly obvious stains, which, after bringing them to his attention he was able to quickly remove. Naturally I'm left to wonder if I got a good job or if my carpet just can't be cleaned.
My salesman John told me he thought they would, "clean-up quite nicely". They didn't at all.
Zerorez is the only company I use on my personal home so I expected the same level of quality at my business, it just didn't happen that way. I'm very disappointed.

Your tech was awesome -but we paid for the pet stain removal and when the carpet dried the stains still showed with the light that a previous tech had told us about using. Even the spot where we paid the extra $75 for the deep doesn’t look any cleaner.
The tech was on time, answered our questions, and even showed us a sample of the dirty water extracted from our carpets. No further sales pitches were added.
They were able to get my white rug clean! And what I’m most surprised about, is that my tile floors look new again. Thank you
